They confirm that they could do that but when I arrived, they said I must've made my appointment with a different salon (I knew that was not the case.) however, I was leaving the next morning for vacation and needed my nails done. I ask them what they could do to help and they offered a "new technique" with these gel tips. They said it was much healthier for my nails and would last longer. So I gave them a try. The gentleman that did my nails actually did a fantastic job and they looked amazing after 2 1/2 weeks. My nails have grown out to a point where I definitely needed them done again. However, now I'm in an unfortunate predicament, where I have to go back to the same place, because they are the only ones that use these kinds of applications that I can find. My appointment was for 2 o'clock but they told me I could get there a little early or arrived at 1:45 and one woman proceeded to set me up to get them soaked off around 250 and I moved to a different woman, who proceeded to start working on my nails at 2:45 I could see that I was not going to make my 330 appointment so I had to cancel that. At 3:30. She was still working on my nails and they just didn't seem to be coming out the same. unfortunately, I didn't want to stop her because I really needed to be out by 4 o'clock to pick up my son at daycare. In the end, I am extremely unhappy because they charged me $80. There's an enormous amount of buildup underneath the nails and on the sides and now there's a gap you can clearly see between the nail itself and these tips. They did not come out nearly as good as the first round, and I am very upset because it seemed like this was the first time she had done them. She could clearly see I was not happy, and even notice the issues herself, but never did and try to fix them. I realize I should've spoken up more, but I could see when I made one comment, they proceeded to speak to each other and mumbling something that I could not understand, and then didn't really communicate back with me. The fact that it took over two hours to get my nails done and they are still not great for $80. It's really unfortunate. It's hard to justify in the photos but if you look, you can see the gaps between my nail and these tips that will now collect tons of gunk. And all of the debris that was left behind.

I've tried so many salons and Lena is the only one that truly listens to what I'm looking for. She works with me to make sure that I'm happy and I've seen her do this with other clients.
