I was greeted by Vy who actually did a fantastic job on my feet. SUCH a great job, that I walked out with not only a pedicure but a manicure too. She was great, and I picked up her card so I can come again! I will be coming again and requesting her. The salon was pretty busy while during my visit, including customers of all ages! Leading up to my appointment, I had bouts of anxiety because it's been a WHILE since I've had anything waxed. My appointment was at 12:30pm, and I was seen immediately. There was music playing which helped me not to think so hard about it. Amanda explained every product she applied. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. No Brazilian is painless, but this experience was as bearable as it was thorough. She didn't hesitate to repeat the process on areas that needed more attention than others. There have been times in the past where I went a long time in between waxes and they were always as or more painful as I expected them to be. This time was different. I really didn't feel as much pain as I was anticipating. Once I left, I almost forgot a few times that I had even had it done. I enjoyed my experience here and if I lived in the area I would definitely make this my go to for waxing. I like the different waxes they use. Some people have preferences on waxes so I should mention that they are the hard waxes. I personally prefer this kind of wax.
