Terrible service and rude workers, I walked in for a nail set and when she did them the nails were shaped HORRIBLY!!! I asked her to fix them multiple times and she kept getting annoyed by my requests... the nails were completely crooked... I told her to just take them off because of how terrible they looked. She got very upset and threw her things then grabbed my hand and chopped off the nails and told me to get out. So rude would 100% not recommend!!! read more

Wow. I'm not one to write reviews, but the ladies at this salon absolutely need a shoutout. I avoid salons like a plague because of past bad experiences- but I'm so glad I took a chance on this place. The receptionist was exceptionally accommodating and kind. He made me comfortable, and my nail techs were PHENOMENAL. I went in for a pedicure and had years of cuticle debris, gunk and misshapen nails. They worked on cleaning my cuticles, massaging, and shaping them for over an hour to get my nails CLEAN. This was this best pedicure I've ever had. They took such amazing care and time to get me the results I so desperately needed. Karen, her mom, and brother were all so welcoming and kind. I've debated for the last 3 days whether or not to leave this review. However, every time water even touches my fingers it still hurts so much so I figured it was important to share. I had an appointment set for 10 am as soon as the salon opened. I requested a pedicure and gel manicure. They didn't start on me until about 10:25 because there were only 3 people working and there were 2 people getting pedicures when I walked in. Understandable, they were short staffed. Then one of them gave me their phone and calendar and asked me to answer the phone and make appointments!!! I had to answer the phone 3 times- the customers on the other line asking things like if so-and-so is working etc and of course how would I know? Okay, I understand you are short staffed and I'd like to say I'm an empathetic person, so i tried to help. But then, the person who was supposed to be doing my gel manicure and the nail art I specifically requested when making the appointment started working on the pedicure instead. The person who started doing the manicure used regular polish instead of gel on all of my right fingers. Then she started removing the polish (which honestly looked pretty messy). At this point we are almost 40 minutes in. I ultimately decided to ask them to apply clear polish to my hands and feet because otherwise it seemed like it was going to take at least another hour and look messy at that. So, I didn't get any color or nail art. Also, 4 of my fingers bled from the cuticles after and are so painful, even water when washing my hands is causing pain. This experience cost me $100. They have great reviews. They were very nice and my intention is not to get anyone in trouble or take business from them. Maybe it was just an off day for them. read more

From the outside the salon looks super small, but open those doors and it is spacious, super clean, and beautifully set up. Do not sleep on the Deluxe Pedicure here! This was honestly the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. The salon got me in with 10 minutes notice, thank goodness! The staff here was very welcoming and kind, however my nails are not what I was expecting at all. I tried to working with my nail tech to come up with something that was achievable but also cute and clean at the same time. I asked for clear gel with yellow smiley faces. I was surprised to see her come out with craft paint to do this. I'm not a regular in getting my nails done, but this was a first. I knew immediately that these nails would chip even if it was gel. I offered suggestions to make it easier as well. I would have been fine if they told me it was something they couldn't do and we just did clear. My nails ended up chipping the same day. Lily's came highly recommended to me by a friend. Lily's is in a little salon right next to Trader Joe's, on Willow and Nees. Called for an appointment Saturday morning, and I was able to get in a couple hours, at 1pm. I ended up getting off work an hour early, and called to see if they could get me in earlier. Unfortunately, they said they wouldn't be able to. However, 2 minutes later, I received a call, stating I could come in right then if I was close by, which I was as I was at the Starbucks nearby. As soon I walked in, the receptionist walked me to my chair, gave me colors to pick from, and I didn't even wait 5 minutes, and Lily started working on my nails. She took off my old gel and gave me the most perfect pedicure. This place is so clean! With nail clippings, Lily makes sure they fell on the towel so there's not a bunch of nail clippings on the floor like I've seen in other salons. The stations are nice and clean, without nail dust everywhere. If I dropped a pretzel on the ground there, I would probably feel comfortable using the 3 second rule it to pick it up to eat it. I think I've found my new nail salon. Extra stars for being extremely flexible, clean, and making my nails look great! read more

I popped into Lily's because I was next door at Trader Joe's. It's a smaller location but very clean. The owner, Lily, took her time on my nails and was very thorough. I got a powder dip manicure and it looked great! 4 stars because the polish did chip within a week of having the manicure. read more

Went in for a pedicure. Salon looks clean but the service was disappointing. Made appointment with Lily but when I arrived they changed the person without asking me. Paid $50 for deluxe pedicure for a 15 minute massage but was only massaged for maybe 5 minutes. The manicurist applied 3 coats of polish which in my opinion is too thick and takes too long to dry so now the paint has many nicks in it.
