It should be noted I'm a huge yelper and life happens. I just found this in my yelp drafts and couldn't believe I never finished and posted it. Nail Art: As you have read from other reviews on Yelp, if we could give these businesses a 0 star rating, we so would. Unfortunately I can't remember the nail tech/hair stylist's name, but to my surprise at the end of this horrific experience she informed she was the co owner. I came in for a hair color, and a full set with a design. I showed her a photo that was posted on this page. Thinking if someone in this salon created the nail design she could mimic it. It looks like a child drew a flower on my nail. Completely disgusting. How in the world can you be a owner of a nail salon and look someone in the face like "I'm done" and not realize this is not okay?! Hair dye: Omfg! I wanted to get my hair dyed, because I have a lot of grays in the front of my hair, and was getting my hair braided 2 weeks after I was to get my hair dyed. I showed her the crotchet braids, in order for her to match the braid. Mind you it was a freakin simple brown with a reddish tone. Which shouldn't be any type of a challenge for a professional and mindful hair stylist who owns a hair salon (so you would think. My hair turned out dark ASF (black). Her response: I'm at the counter getting ready to pay. If this was years ago I would if most likely cussed her out. After I spoke to her in a respectful tone, not sassy at all. Because I've learned that even if someone is wrong talking to them like that makes them feel justified to dismiss you and respond rudely. I expressed how unhappy I was with all the services and her expression was like "bitch and?" Like she had no remorse and could give 2 shits. Aftermath: She must of used the cheapest hair dye product! I was later told it had too much alcohol in it. My scalp itched for the entire 2 weeks and I had to cancel my braiding appointment and had to purchase several scalp products to relive the itching. It was horrible I was in agony. She should lose your license, period. read more

I love this salon! I'm from LA but always make sure to drop by for my balayage highlights and mani/pedi whenever I'm in town. The salon is super chic and clean, and Minh and all the stylists are so professional and courteous. They deserve 5 stars on customer service alone! Not only are they friendly, they really take their time on their work, and I can tell they use very high quality products. Xee always does such a great job on my balayage that I only go to her for my touch ups and cut even though I live so far away. This is honestly the best nail salon I have visited! I've tried so many in the NW Fresno area and they are by far the best. I called and made an appointment for same day. Super polite on the phone. I received a text reminder for my appointment. When I arrived they greeted me and knew I had a scheduled appointment. Got in quickly and received the best pedicure ever. Minh (the owner) was so attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Minh did my nails and was so confident. He made sure to ask me every step of the way what I wanted and how I was liking the progress. Fun conversation and very detailed. I could not be happier and I will definitely be returning. Nice manicurists but the place is filthy, the bathroom, the entire thing. The manicurist did not even think of using any sanitary protocol.

No air conditioning when I went in August. Person that did my polish pedicure had no idea how to do a pedicure. First time going here so I called to see if they had time for a walk in, they said yes. Went in, and the woman that was supposed to do my pedicure did't know how to work the spa machine. So I asked how long would the pedicure take "45 minutes, are you in a hurry?" So I told her that I had enough time. An hour and 15 goes by and many things went wrong. First of all, seemed like she had just started doing her nails, the clear plastic nail was glued on with nothing on top of it and she was struggling to even file my nails. I should have left but figured it would take me longer to go somewhere else than to let her finish. She used gel for the base coat so the nail polish wasn't applying or drying and many more things happened till I got to the point that I ended up asking someone else to just please take over. This new person was good but that put me at 2 hours for a simple pedicure for which I got charged for full price. I didn't want to argue at the moment so I just payed and left. I noticed that the woman that finished my pedicure had a scrub top of Milan. So if she was training the other woman, someone should have told me and I really doubt the first woman had a license. Wish I would have gotten their names but to late now. I just won't ever trust this place again. read more

Called to do a walk-in on a Sunday for a pedicure/manicure and they were able to see me. Gel mani/pedi with a design to my ring fingers came out to $62.00. Honestly speaking, the price isn't worth it... The service was nice and pleasant. The girls who worked on me are sweet and young. But they're in the beginning stages an shouldn't charge the price for the outcome I received. I wouldn't mind going to them--for them to grow as a nail tech and work on their skills, but not for the price they are charging. Only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because the service was there, the environment was clean and appealing, and the tech attempted to perform the Art I wanted, but the owner also tried to attempt the art...but did not succeed. I rarely get my nails done and it's difficult finding a place with good nail techs. I called to see if they take walk-ins but they were booked the whole day. I was glad they were able to squeeze me in. The place looks great and they're very sanitary. Minh was amazing, great personality and very welcoming. Just stopped by this nail shop while I was in town. Called and the gentlemen told me he could get me in so I was happy about that. I was won over initially by the photos that is already on yelp so I asked who's work is posted since I am picky on my nails. I want to pay for what I am asking for, obviously . He says that all their nail techs have the same skills so I took a chance and booked an appointment. The salon is cute and looks pretty clean I was also greeted promptly everyone was respectful. My nail tech was Lesley, I showed her a photo on what I wanted and she seemed a little hesitant so I did get a bit nervous by her reaction. However it did seem like she really did try to do what I had asked for But unfortunately the work was a bit messy. Refer back to the pictures I have posted. read more

I've only come once for a full set and I couldn't see why they didn't deserve 5 stars. I called and made an appointment and was scheduled with Sandy by the very well spoken and polite gentleman named Minh. I was greeted with a smile by him when I arrived. I showed Sandy a picture of what I wanted to try. She asked questions, helped me pick colors and got to work. She was very pleasant but focused on doing a good, thorough job. I have to admit that I was there for a long time compared to other places for this full set but the job was so well executed that I left happy and will be returning. I didn't care how long it took because it was a great job! The staff seemed to get along with each other and they all displayed great customer service for their own clients. The other techs seemed like they did great work as well so I don't think you could go wrong with whomever you get paired with. I also overheard that Minh also is a great nail tech. read more

I have gone to this salon for a mens haircut multiple times. I have always had a great experience. You can tell that the owner has spent much time training his staff to treat customers very well and to give them the most positive experience they can have. It makes you want to look forward to your next visit. They are a full service salon, they do mens and womans hair as well as nails. A gal can really spoil themselves all day here. Just this Monday I took my mom to get her nails done. Minh knew exactly what my mom needed (cuz my mom didnt). My mom came out so happy with her nails (it was her first time getting nails). The ladies working here are super friendly and make you feel so welcomed. They open everyday which makes it very convenient. They also take appointments as well. This has got to be one of the best salons in the Fresno/Clovis area! The staff are so sweet and welcoming, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed. They take pride in their customer service and use top quality products for their customers. The salon is modern and clean, and they take their time to make sure their customer is satisfied instead of rushing to do as many services as possible like other salons. I gave it 2 stars because the owner was super nice. When I called he told me it was $40 for gel and he even motioned it was "40 with no hidden fees" I told him over the phone that I like to get an acrylic overlay over the big toe he said OK no problem five dollars. I got there and keep In mind that I had been a month since I had my last pedicure so the acrylic was grown out. He looked at my toes and said that I don't need to put a acrylic that they'll just put polish and you won't be able to tell. I have never been told no by a pedicurist when I ask for acrylic refill. Anyhow I even feel Bad saying this but her pedicure skills were a one star and that's even being generous. She started polishing the part of my toes that I knew you needed to be filled and you could see that the gel was just going into the dip and until I said something She was going to leave it like that so he comes over and starts polishing over the part needed to be filled. He just put polish on over polish over polish!!! It looked like thick pink frosting. So I just say ok so I can leave knowing I was going to get it redone the next day. First the owner is a nice guy.. but the Quality of the set I got was poor 3 days later they started to fall off. I went back and he fixed almost all my nails. A week and a half my nails were lifting and falling off. I paid $70 for glitter inlays. For a full set at $70 they should've lasted at least 3 weeks. read more

I really want to like this place because from their Instagram they do an amazing job at nails. I've only been there once and I did not have a pleasant experience as far as my nails go. I do like the salon I love how it's decorated and it's clean. I went it for a fill(nails not done at this salon) and to change up my polish and added some designs to my nails. I also wanted a pedicure, which I couldn't get because it was late already so I got a polish change instead. All this took 4 hours! I have NEVER been at the nail salon this long. 2 days later, 2 nails broke. I have NEVER had any nails break off. They broke off when i was doing laundry. Because it hadn't been a week, I was able to get them fixed at NO CHARGE. A week later, 2 nails broke AGAIN! I might go back but go to a different nail tech and see how my nails hold up this time. I'm sad to have to write this because I really liked Minh as a person and he does good work as well... the first few times went by fine but today I had an appointment for 12 & I arrive to see he's doing someone else's nails still. That's okay because it's normal to wait five to ten minutes sometimes. He told me to give him about ten more minutes which I was okay with.. but that ten minutes became twenty, then thirty.. it was 1240 when it looked like he was finally done but then tells the girl let me take a picture really quick. I know he likes to take photos of his work but when I realized that taking a picture is more important than his other customer who's been waiting for 40 minutes already I didn't feel comfortable staying anymore. I think I should have left after the first 20/30 minutes but I'm quite polite and don't like to show my discomfort when I'm upset but that was enough to push me out of the door.
