He began mansplaining how there is diagnostics etc etc i advised him how I came to what the problem was. He then told me the part I was looking to have replaced was only going to available from the dealer. I advised it is available at O'Reillys for $70. At that point he told well you can fix it yourself and hung up on me. My take away and advice...if you know what you're talking about don't use this mobile mechanic. He probably won't come anyway because he can't charge you tons of money.

A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.

When she couldn't get out of the parking lot and after she found out that no one knew who plowed the store's parking lot and that it would take AAA a couple hours to get to her, she became hysterical and she called the police and they sent out Chris (My mom was so hysterical which is probably why they dispatched Chris). Chris towed my Mom's car out of the parking lot, he put her into the cab of his truck to warm up, calmed her down (not an easy task) and told her what roads were safe to travel on to get home. When my mom tried to tip him, he refused . He only asked that my mom write a letter to our town manager asking to keep up the "Tow Drunk to Drive" program that he and the CPD do for free during the holiday season. Every year, Chris decorates his tow truck for our Town's tree lighting ceremony and he still remembers my mom and that night. Chris is amazing and definitely recommend him!

The tower don't understand and just wanted the money. And weird enough he want the money to send to his personal cell phone number and he insisted. So I thought It was very sketchy. I worked with tow business before, but only through card payment to the actual company. Then I called his boss and he got mad, the boss didn't even pick up the phone. The driver got mad and now he started to say cash only this is even more sketchy. This is not how business should be run. Is cost my girlfriend and I $125 during the holiday for the driver to drop our car. Worst experience I have ever dealt with. One company quoted us the next day service, which was impossible since he was at a mountain with no lodging and temps were 22 and dropping. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. I honestly don't know what we would have done if Thumbs Up hadn't come. Thank you so much!
