Stay away from this store they are con artists and thieves. I have been vaping for over 10 years and I have never been in such a shady store. My son and I went to buy a vape device the salesperson showed him the device he was asking for and she stated that it cost over $200.00. He stated that he wanted something cheaper. Her response was no this is the only device for flower vaping. He bought the device believing that the information was correct, but when he opened the device he realized it was not the correct device and went back to return the unused vape. The salesperson said "We have a no return policy. " I looked around the store and did not see a Final Sale sign anywhere. When I told her that they must have signs posted. She rudely stated "I don't know I just know this is store policy! To add insult to injury she stated that we can purchase $200.00 worth of their products. I came here to buy a pen for my cartridge & got one for $20. I totally love it! Charger was only $6 but I can't charge it in my car because it shocked me so i have to use a iPhone charger or my computer ports. Eric was very kind & helpful. If your a newbie and haven't spent a lot of time in a smoke shop, this is the place to come! I walked in knowing that I wanted to buy a hookah, but needed to be 100% educated. We were greeted by Chris and he was able show us around. He was great showing us different hookah but let us know he was fairly new and still learning his self. His coworker Sam came in and he was super educated about the brand's of hookah and very honest about what he thought I need for a "beginner"! Sam was dope he made sure we had everything we needed and even did a tutorial. I don't think anyone else would have been patient and spent time like this. Briefly met the owner and he seemed nice. The staff was friendly enough, but not very knowledgeable about loose leaf vapes, which is what i was there to get. I ended up spending $40 on a grinder, and $300 on a Firefly1 (thought it was the Firefly2), which is heavily outdated by the Firefly2, and has tons of issues which a simple google search will turn up. I tried to exchange the unused Firefly1 for something else, but their policy prohibits this. Not happy at all about being stuck with a $300 unused Firefly1, that has documented battery issues (often wont last even one session), among many others, especially given that this is my first time buying this sort of device, and spending this much money. I shouldve just bought the Da Vinci IQ which sells on the Da Vinci website for $274, versus the $329 at this shop. Do your research beforehand. UPDATE: tried out my $300 Firefly1, and no surprise, has all the issues ive read about. Battery dies out before even one session. So now im stuck with a $300 paperweight because of their policy. Went to this shop with two friends and told the owner that our budget was $60ish. The owner said that he would hook us up. When we got to the register, he ran us up at almost $200. Then asked for a Yelp review and only gave a couple of dollars off. When we said that the total was nowhere near the budget we told him, he swapped out the hookah for a different one and still tried to charge $100! It's a nice looking place inside, and the staff were friendly and professional. I went in because I wanted to get a vaporizer, but I didn't know where to start. They sold me a unit that seems to be working well. Of course I got home and wanted to do some research on the vape and figure out how to maintain it and get refills. What I found was that online I could have purchased the same kit for one-third the price I paid at Prestige. That's right, I paid a 200% markup. I'm not one to complain, because I know how hard it is to run a business. But no matter how good a product is, when you're paying three times it's value, you're never going to be happy with your purchase. EDIT: I'm updating this review to mention that the vaporizer I purchased failed after two weeks. The unit is one with known problems, and I have to return it to the manufacturer. read more

Came here for a vape and a few other things and they were trying to charge $250 for a vape that I ended up buying online for $60 with tax. It was the same model and everything. The staff is friendly but they definitely try to overcharge you. I initially came here with a friend and he bought a vape...the whip was missing one of the glass attachments and when we asked about it, the guy said the rubber part goes directly on the part that heats up. When we questioned him about it saying that the rubber will burn and melt, he looked confused so we had him pull out another whip to show him. My friend ended up buying a vape from here cuz we were in a hurry, but of course the whip that came with it was broken so it was unusable. A waste of $130 especially because they tried to say it was fine before we left. It wasn't even the correct whip for that vape and they pulled it out of a drawer with other tangled ones. If you buy anything from here, please double-check and make sure all the pieces are there and everything is intact . read more
