We had to reach out to JAMAC to ask if/when to expect the service to be done. It took a day or 2 to get a reply and as a result, the tech was assigned to arrive. We got a call from a very friendly person the day Mark was to arrive with an ETA. Mark arrived in the time frame given and appeared to be thorough with his inspection and maintenance. Overall, we have been very pleased and grateful to have the generator and JAMAC available to keep it in good working order.
