We were without kitchen lights for 3 days bcs they failed on a Friday afternoon. Joe Radle is the best. This company will do everything in their power to get to the customer as quickly as possible and we don't need a second mortgage to pay the bill. It turns out 3 light switches to the kitchen were all affected and all 3 failed. Radle was able to fit me in the same day as I called, which is rare for any decent electrician, bcs they finished a job earlier then expected. Paid less then a months electric bill and had all 3 switches replaced. Initially, I dropped off the shoe and was told I would get a call with an estimate. I dropped them off on a Saturday and had heard nothing by the following Sunday so I reached out via Facebook messenger and left my number. I was called back by Farrell, the owner, and given a quote, a time estimate and an option to pay via PayPal (they don't do credit cards). Once that was all squared away, Clarke's went to work on my shoe. When it was finished Farrell called me to let me know I could pick it up and explained a little about what he did to the shoe. While Bel Air is a bit of a drive for me, the customer service and quality of the work that Clarke's provided means I will be returning in the future.
