There were about 5 customers inside. Two employees in sight. One I assume is the manager who was busy doing inventory. For instance, the newborn hand/foot print page has the one year hand/foot print on the back. Where do you put it in the book? It's a 3 ring binder, making it easy to take out pages and write on them, decorate, add photos. It came well packaged. I like that I could do add ons, for years 2-5, more baby shower pages, blank pages. There's lots of ways to make it your own. The only thing that made me say "blech" is the customized name I had added on the front looks more lilac than pink, and the rest of the book is pink. Oh well, I can live with that. None of the books I looked at online or in stores had that modern vibe I wanted. Ruby Love does. It's pricey but worth looking into if you want something cool and hip, that you can customize to match your nursery or get the vibe you want.
