Finding Candice was one of the BEST things Ive done so far as a new mom. She came with such a warm, calming energy that immediately put me at ease when I was feeling overwhelmed with my babies reflux issues. I cannot imagine going through the first few weeks of our child's life without Candice -- she's truly one of the best and most important resources we had as new parents. We heard so many different opinions and instructions on feeding from so many different people and it was honestly pretty overwhelming until we started talking with Candice. She helped talk us through all the info and answer all our questions and figure out what was best for us and our son. She's super knowledgable and experienced but all about what's best for YOU without pressuring you or acting like there's one way to do things. And she is one of the best communicators ever -- she's quick to respond to texts and gives thorough responses to every question that comes up big or small leading up to the delivery and in the days after. We were texting her throughout our time at the hospital all through our transition home and her home visit was also SOOO helpful in making sure we were optimizing our breastfeeding and pumping processes and coming up with a plan for when I go back to work. Plus she made all the logistics with our insurance easy, one less thing to worry about. Wrapping your head around feeding is one of the most important adjustments to life with a newborn and making sure they're off to a healthy and happy start and we're so so grateful we had Candice to walk us through it step by step. I was lucky enough to find Candice!!! She is an angel she literally SAVED my breastfeeding!!! I breastfed my middle child for 3 years and had issues with my newborn who was 7 weeks old at the time. I felt as id the latch wasn't the best, felt discomfort but the most crucial issue was I wasn't prudocing enough milk and my baby's weight went downhill, she was hungry all t he time and breastfeeding sessions took forever. I had different lactation consultant (who has really good reputation), who said baby's latching properly (even though I felt she didn't) and that the problem is my milk supply, and besides taking supplements (that didn't help) there's anything we can do. I felt down, and a failure and was very depressed and exhausted until I reached Candice who knew the soluti9on right away, helped me with everything I needed, went above and beyond to help me and didn't leave me alone for one second! Gave me a lot of hope, confident and LOVE. I am so happy I found her, I recommend anyone that needs help with breastfeeding to talk to her and see her she is truly and honestly THE BEST! Trust me I breastfed 3 babies and I thought I had a good lactation consultant, but Candice TOPS all of them!!! Best lactation consultant you could ever find! I've been through two LC before her, kept having clogs and couple mastitis episodes... nobody told me what the reason was for it.
