Had vehicle much longer than needed to complete. And it's still not done. I don't recommend.

They work in a beautiful building adorned with vintage automobiles, a Starbucks Café (literally!), and walls covered with accolades and "thank you's" attesting to the owner's generosity toward the surrounding community. They even have a gift shop. HOWEVER, if you are on a budget, I don't recommend going here! The assessment alone costs $200. They will reliably find everything that is not perfect with your vehicle and make a recommendation to fix it, and they are VERY EXPENSIVE! They recently quoted me $400 for a repair, that I ultimately got done by an excellent independent mechanic for $100. Same part. Same repair. just no Starbucks. Furthermore, I don't want to unfairly criticize the mechanics that work at patriot Chevrolet, but they performed work on my vehicle previously, yet somehow I had to come back and have more work done on the same system a short month later. Both estimates, if I had followed all of their recommendations, were thousands of dollars. I don't know Patriot Chevrolet's business model, but I had a relative who managed the repair department of a similar operation, and they told me "service" is designed to cover the nut for the entire business. Yep, "sales" is just icing on a very expensive cake.

We called around 3:30 for a status and were told they were waiting for a more experienced tech. We stopped in at 5pm to pick up the truck and was told "sorry we didn't get to it today" I said what its been here for 8 hours and they said "yeah sorry didn't get to it' and so we left nobody tried to stop us or apologize and I'm shocked and feel like I'm being punked or something. This is how we operate now, after explaining how important not having this work truck out of service was we just didn't get to it today. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere trust me.

I had to rent car for week because loaner can't be given until a diagnosis is given are they are too busy to look at right away. $476 Piazza Hyundai said the problem was caused by the engine and I needed a fuel induction service and oil change. I paid $309.03 and picked up car on July 17th. I was still having random shifting issues with the transmission, and the car went back in on July 21, and was given a loaner car this time. Piazza Service now determined I needed a engine replacement. Hyundai engines were backordered during this time. I did not get my car back until Sept 16th. My 10yr powertrain warranty expired during this time. I picked up the car, and we were still having the same issue. I brought the car back on Sept 22. Service dept thought it could be the oil in the transmission. Hyundai now did transmission oil change $318. I picked the car up on Oct 6. Oct 7th the same shifting problem happened again to where I drove straight to the dealer and had a service advisor take a ride with me so he could see the rough shifting and locking the transmission was doing. The next day he called me and told me I needed a transmission replacement. Service Advisor called me the next day and told me it would not be covered under warranty because of two reasons 1. The warranty expired August 17, 2025 2. I had exceeded the dollar cap on the warranty. (10yr/100,000 mile powertrain has a dollar cap with Hyundai, they won't tell you this until you exceed it, Americas Best warranty?) I called Hyundai CPO warranty, and they told me a transmission issue was never reported to them back on July 15th so they will not cover it. I have the invoice that says "Customer states check transmission putting in reverse. Jolt occurs while driving. Once jolt occurs it will keep happening until vehicle is shut off. Check and advise. Slipping a lot." I talked to service manager, basically said there is nothing he could do. He told me I should have taken the buyout. I was never offered a buyout; I probably would have taken it. A buyout would make sense, why put a $23854. engine in a $7000 car?? Are they paid a commission? I called Hyundai Customer service case # XXXXXXXX. They first recommended I have the dealer file a Repair Assist request. The service dept told me that this was only for original owners not Certified Preowned owners. I told them Hyundai told me to do have you do this. As expected, the next day I got a call it was denied. October 15th car finally fixed, Piazza gave me a 3.8% discount /$200 off, I had to pay $5374.77. Made 3 online requests and 3 calls to Piazza Auto Group and never received a call back. Seems like a Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act violation, but they don't care

I pulled into the lot just as another family was arriving -- the place was completely empty of customers besides us. Myself and this family walked on the lot at the same time. Within 30 seconds a salesperson introduced himself to the family and showed them around. Genuinely liked some of the vehicles they had but the service was so atrocious that I gave up. Don't waste your time here

Then I was having other issue so I took it to 2 other mechanics they said without really getting into they would not know for certain but something is wrong take back to dealership well I called cause they sold me a warranty the owner that was nice at sale turned out to be rude , obnoxious ,a jerk and a lier and tried to be a bully I did research he actually has other who think like me and went through same experiences. Then about 3 weeks later I was right the car he said was a solid car with no issues the transmission went less then 90 days from purchase. So I called again he was same way as first call when I said there is an issue but this time he said he will not work on my car in his shop but he says on his website that buy warranty and we do the repair and services . So to put it bluntly he is a lying peice of crap, not a man of his word and only cares about the sale nothing more if would not of complained 2 weeks after i bought it i still would have bad shocks , bad brakes , and tires . Now transmission blew . He is a shady business owner that should not be in business and his favorite line is well we buy the cars fix what is needed drive them and put them on the lot. So don't lie just be honest . But I decided im tired of low class used car salesman its my mission to bring to light his shady ways that he is now teaching his daughter who runs the place with him to be just as shady and a lier like her father . I thought father's are suppose to teach there children the right way to live and treat people not to be a low life that only cares about $ not human beings . At least his wife seen the truth and left his lying, fraudulent , 2 faced no good human being as half man . Daniel Ellis

I immediately returned to report the damage. Rather than conducting a meaningful review, Dan Dryja, Service Manager, suggested I was wrongly assigning blame to the dealership. I was told video footage exists that allegedly clears Piazza Subaru of responsibility; however, that footage has never been reviewed with me or produced. I also learned my vehicle was driven five miles, either on a highway or a test loop. PennDOT does not require multi-mile or highway driving to complete a state inspection, making this unexplained use of my car especially concerning. Dan Dryja has ceased communication, and an attempt to contact Mike Hinkle, General Manager, has likewise gone unanswered. Rather than engage directly with a customer concern, the dealership has chosen to hide behind voicemail. I will NEVER recommend Piazza Subaru of Limerick. Those who value customer care and accountability should think twice before leaving their vehicle there. For me, this experience is a textbook example of poor management.
