So Brandon rang my doorbell last week, and of course I was in the middle of doing things, and I'm usually skeptical. I only spoke to him thru my security door, and told him to leave his card under my front mat. Later I went to his website, gave him a call, and we met to discuss our current security company I was using, and how he could drop my rates, and set me up with a user friendly system, as well as give me and install a Ring doorbell as a gift. I now use this new system all the time, and can't wait to enjoy the benefits with Ring that just got installed. I will be saving at least $30/month. My rate will never change-Brandon is knowledgeable, personable, and very friendly. From start to finish this has been a wonderful experience! I had been at a trade show with my mother (80 and going strong) and we had been looking for a security system and ring door bell. We came across Brandon and John and learned all about their system. They were so much fun and so informative that we went ahead and scheduled an appointment for them to come to our house. Next was the install.. not only did they install with no mess, but they explained over and over how to use the systems and were so patient and fun. My husband and I just recently bought a home and these guys stopped by our house to give us some information while we were moving in. They did not pressure us like all the other alarm companies that we're stopping by. Ended up calling them back to sign up after we heard some stories from our neighbors that there have been package stealers going around. They made sure that our alarm system included a door bell camera to catch package thieves, and we also have 3 new cameras covering our back and front yard that work amazing! They came and got everything done in a couple hours, AND vacuumed up their mess. We truly appreciated the good customer service, it is hard to find these days. I had ADT and they were charging me over 55$ a month for two door sensors and a camera they never gave me, Brandon at limitless security helped me get out of my adt and set up with a better security system that was a way better price! 40$ with a ring doorbell camera, they did all this at no charge!
