They sent out 2 really good technicians in Jeff and Jeff & Horacio who were very detail oriented and spent time measuring and making sure everything was lined up and configured properlyl. They even brought along a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust created when they were cutting into the drywall. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

Often times when you think of a handyman, you equate it to a professional quality that is less impressive versus a contractor but this can't be further from the truth with Shawn and his team. The quality of their work is extremely good and because they are busy, you might need to be patient for them to get back but I'm glad we got connected. Over the period that we worked with Shawn, he is a honest, trustworthy, and sometimes humorous guy to deal with and I can see us using Shawn and his team for additional work around the houses we own and hopefully more in the future for many years to come.

He was available the SAME day to look at the project and give me an estimate. That is just Amazing! Edit- It's funny how fast he can respond to reviews but not to reschedule appointments.
