Very unprofessional and rude! The actual owner! My daughters sweet 16 was ruined because the AC was broken. The driver did not know how to work it at all. The girls were drenched in sweat the entire 6 hours we had it. We complained numerous times and nothing was adjusted to make them comfortable. The owner specifically said he would rather me give him a bad review before giving us any kind of credit adjustment. He also sent this to me in a text message: I got your Google review. I was surprised to see only a few reviews, although all great, so I decided to leave my 2 cents... I used these guys a couple years ago to shuttle me to the big airport. I'm preparing for another trip out of the country and tore my house up trying to find their phone number again because the service was so stellar I didn't want to take a chance with another company. The entire experience was seamless from the initial phone call. The driver arrived on time in an immaculate SUV and was friendly yet not overly talkative which is huge for me.. I arrived late at Bush Intercontinental after my flight was delayed in Tampa on Jan 14, 2017. You always wonder (OK...worry) if your ride or rental will still be waiting for you after such delays. No worries! Chris from AAA Corporate Car was just where he was supposed to be as soon as I stepped into baggage claim. First impressions: the driver was well dressed and groomed, very polite and efficient. Before I even had time to worry about my luggage it was in his hand and we were headed to the car. The car was clean and comfortable after my long day but as we were leaving the airport Chris saw traffic was piled up ahead on the route I would normally take. He immediately suggested an alternate route and politely asked my permission to use it. I do appreciate a professional at work! Want a quiet drive? No problem. Want to chat? No problem there either. I had an altogether exceptional ride with no surprises or worries and the time passed quickly as I enjoyed a pleasant and intelligent chat with Chris (at my prompting, not his). To the management: Keep this guy at any cost, he is an excellent representative of your fine Car Service (and of Houston and Texas for that matter!). Hopefully your other drivers follow his lead. I will be calling you for my next trip! My only suggestion: Travelers are parched and thirsty from the dry cabin air at 36000 feet and the last thing I want to do on arrival is wait in line in the terminal for a $10 bottle of Fuji water before getting my bags. I want to go home! A cheap bottle of water for your client would be a nice touch. :) Trivia: This is the second time I've used a car service on my return to Houston since relocating here last year. Rewind to October 2016: The first service (let's call them HeyMax) driver was prompt and polite, the car was clean and comfortable and he did drive well and got me safely home. But I found myself having to suddenly provide the driver with directions because of an unexpected detour (an accident ahead of us closed the road). And he was the one with a GPS! We took this car service 10/10/21 from Houston to Galveston for a cruise, the pick up service at the hotel was 30 mins early picking us up but didn't rush us, the driver was very professional and provided great service and even let us know about of return trip. Now our return trip was a little different the driver didn't have the correct paperwork to enter the cruise terminal area so we had to drag our bags across the road to a parking lot to meet our driver, although the driver was very apologetic this type of service in very unprofessional. We were just lucky that we were able to drag our bags out of the terminal and across the 4 lane road and not get hit by a car to meet up with our driver. I have updated this review from 3 stars to 5 after a conversation with the owner and hearing the issues he is having with the Port of Galveston employees. I agree it was out of their control and had done everything possible to prevent this. I submitted a review for the Port of Galveston for their substandard service to a local business. read more

My children had their first prom on May 8, 2021. When the limo arrived the entire middle panel seemed as though it scrubbed against a wall. I didn't freak out because I wanted my children to not react. I emailed my concerns. Mr. Joe returned my call and explained that he didn't feel he needed to notify of the damages being that it wasn't enough damage to take it out of commission. I informed him that I would have liked to have a choice as to whether I wanted to pay for a damaged limo. He said he would try to pacify me but he didn't think it was a big deal. The conversation became intense and we decided to revisit the conversation on Monday. He was supposed to call and didn't. He stated he would call me Tuea day and he didn't. When I called he stated he was leaving a restaurant and to give him 30 seconds. He informed me again that he didn't think my complaint held water and he would pacify me for it to be over. I informed him that his tone and word choice was demeaning and rude. He offered to refund $120 of $875. I said okay. He then proceeded to say I shouldn't leave a review since he was giving me a credit. I informed he that I was still leaving a review as it is my right. He began to say we went over on time. I informed him that my kids got in the limo on time as instructed to get back to the destination so that was on the driver. He began being more upset and stated he wasn't refunding one dime! Mr. Joe is very rude and disrespectful. If you are needing services for something important to your or your family I wouldn't choose this company as you never know what you will get. read more

Aug. 2013 trip: From So. Calif., I had to book a car for my 83 yr. old Mom to deliver her to a Houston airport. The old gal had never "traveled" to the airport by herself, so the task of finding a trusty car service was weighing on my out-of-state mind. Additionally, I was flying in from LA, so I also needed to be picked up from a Houston airport and delivered to a local residence. After an Internet search, I pulled the trigger with AAA Corp. Car & Limo and crossed my fingers. I won't give AAA a good review; I'll let my 83 yr. old Mom speak: "YOU DID A GREAT JOB for us." Our trip couldn't have gone smoother. Our driver was so nice and polite and dressed so smartly. He chatted with us during the trip to the airport and his good personality kept us laughing. Once we got to the airport, he made sure we got safely to the check-in counter. First class service! You did good!!!" As for my driver: EXCELLENT! I waited at baggage claim for about three seconds when my driver appeared. Professional. Well-mannered. Snappy dresser. Polite and friendly. (We 'bonded' over our drive chat about dealing with family.) To AAA: You need to give both drivers a raise! When my Mom gives you a thumbs up, well, you know you doing something right.
