Limo Ride was not just part of my surprise proposal... they were essential, and went above and beyond my expectations to help me create the perfect night! As a background, I had been trying to find the perfect way to propose to my girlfriend. I came up with the idea of making it themed as a date on "The Bachelor" (the popular reality prime time television show) since it's our favorite show to watch together, and of course romantically themed. For those who are unfamiliar with it, limousines are part of every episode, so I needed one to make this authentic! Unfortunately for me, the idea came just 24 hours before the planned date, and it was during prom season! I called just about every limo service in the area and to no avail. Then, when I called Limo Ride, Sharon answered and took care of everything. I told Sharon that it was for my proposal, and explained the theme being The Bachelor. She loved it and got excited with me! She then explained to me that limos were very rarely available during the prom season, but that she would do everything she could to make one available for me. Sure enough, within 5 minutes, she returned to the phone and was able to get me the perfect limo, even with such short notice! What a relief! She told me she would set up a special package for me whereby the driver would be wearing a tuxedo, he would roll out a red carpet, and when my girlfriend entered, we would have a bottle of champagne to share. Wow! Thank you, Sharon! On the evening of, Andrew (the driver) showed up early (thank goodness, I was so nervous!) and I explained the plan. I wanted him to drive me to where she lived, and while I waited inside the limo, he would get out, roll out the red carpet, and welcome my girlfriend by her name, then open the door, and inside I would be waiting, holding a rose for her, with our song playing in the background. He assured me he would execute the plan perfectly, and asked if there was anything else he could do. I told him I needed help with the CD player, and I didn't know how to open a bottle of champagne without spraying it in the limo. So, he helped me set up the music to be played, and he opened the champagne for me beforehand, so that it would be ready to pour when we wanted to celebrate. I felt so comfortable and secure with the situation, and completely at ease going in. On the way to pick up my girlfriend, Andrew and I got to know each other and I found him to be a very interesting and friendly person. As a matter of fact, we exchanged phone numbers so that we could remain in touch! So, when we arrived, everything went perfectly to plan. Andrew rolled out the red carpet and waited by the door of the limo. My girlfriend walked out, he greeted her, opened the door, and helped her in. I was inside, and I said "Will you accept this rose?" and she said yes. I handed her the rose, and then I got down on one knee in the limo, and said "Will you marry me?" showing her the ring, and she said yes! I slipped the ring on her finger, joined her side of the limo, and poured her a glass of champagne. She noticed our song was playing, and couldn't believe how elegant everything was! Then, I told Andrew that we were ready to depart for the evening, and he offered to take pictures of us! I didn't plan that, and I'm so happy he offered to help us capture the moment! Afterward, he took us to our surprise destination an hour away, a smooth ride, comfortable and quiet, while we called our friends and family to announce the wonderful news. The name "TOP TOWN" says it all. I hosted a surprise 30th birthday party for my son and wanted a party bus so no one had to drink and drive. After calling around, I found Top Town competitive in price. Other companies seemed to harass me with phone calls and emails. When I was quoted with everything included, gas, tolls, tip, I chose Top Town. I asked a few times to confirm it was all inclusive as I didn't need any surprises the night of. I was able to make payments which made it easier on my pocket. The night of I was a nervous wreck, waiting for something to go wrong. The bus was expected at 6:00 PM. At 5:50 I called to confirm it was on the way. I was told exactly where the bus was and sure enough! It was on time, well maybe five minutes early. Jason, our driver was extremely professional! He suggested a safe place to park and load the bus. (I had a lot to load, food, drinks, decorations) He was patient and kind, he didn't rush us and when I asked if I can park my car at the next stop, he said no problem. (I wish I could be so easy-going.) We surprised by son and continued on to NYC. We went to an escape club and had a blast. We were a noisy group, singing, drinking and eating. Jason brought us back to our original stop where I was able to have help cleaning and organizing the bus. At our final destination, he went so far as to help me unload a few items from the bus, since everyone was gone. In the end, he wished my son a Happy Birthday and gave me hug. I absolutely recommend Top Town. I know if the need should ever arise again, I wouldn't use any other service. I hired a 20 passenger party bus from Toptown (LimoRide) to take 20 High School kids to their senior prom in Hoboken, then back to another address to change clothes and then to the beach later that night. Booking was easy and all my questions and concerns were addressed by the friendly staff. On prom day I got multiple emails updating me on the limo's status and it pulled up ahead of schedule and the driver, Kevin rolled out the red carpet. The kids were so excited by the bus. It was clean and impressive inside and out and there was bottled water for everyone. Kevin and I spoke while the kids were boarding--he was very warm, friendly, funny and clearly enjoyed his job. We found Limo Ride on the web,not knowing anything about them my wife did her do diligence in researching them. Much to her surprise they offered a lot more services for the money then any other company in the area. We rented the white & black stretch hummers for the bride and groom, along with 2 stretch limos, and 2 cars for pick ups at the airport. Needless to say the service couldn't of been better then if we owned the cars ourselves! They through in ride from hotel to airport the following day for the honeymoon. I would like to say how accommodating, professional and overall a fantastic limo -party bus service experience we were provided on June 3,2017! I had a trolley service all arranged for almost a year for my sons wedding and due to mechanical issues with the trolley, I get a call the night before the wedding while at the rehearsal, that the trolley was out of service and he was trying to get me transportation for the wedding the next day. Used these guys for rides from the airport to home. They were prompt in booking, and the price was right. The only issue was when my flight was delayed, which caused them to pick me up in the middle of the night. I didn't realize there was an up-charge for that, and they didn't tell me until I questioned it. Additionally, on another ride home from the airport, I told them I needed a car seat for a 2-year-old and it was noted in the paperwork as well that it must be included. When the driver showed up at the airport, I asked where the car seat was he said, "I wasn't told to bring one." Not cool. He didn't apologize either. Honestly, that's a bad call on the driver, but anyone else I've ever dealt with has been great. We rented a shuttle in June for our wedding and couldn't ask for better service. Kevin was our driver and went above and beyond. He even help fluff out my train before I walked down the aisle!!
