Our driver, Dan from Reston Limousine, was so courteous, caring, and attentive and made our experience truly royal. He's such a gentle soul and tolerated our loud laughs while driving us to and from the winery. Even though it was pouring on the day of our trip, Dan made sure to offer us a large umbrella and assisted us in getting into a van. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. One passager wished us the best of luck as she got out of the vichele. She did not tip the guy. A middle finger is what he got. When we finally got to our second home, we did not tip the guy either. When the drive acts like an ass and tell you to "shut the front foor." a royal ass wipping came mind. My short temper remained in tacked, but oh it would have been nice to watch him fly through the air and come down hard upon a bear. The bear would get mad and Jack would get off...okay I am losing sight of what I was talking about. We were told that Reston would reach out the week before the wedding, but we had heard absolutely nothing by noon the day before the wedding. My husband attempted to call Reston to confirm our reservation. We called more than 10 times, yet we couldn't get a hold of them. So he drove to their listed HQ from their website to confirm in person. When he arrived, he found out the HQ did NOT exist. He called again, and someone finally picked up the phone and gave him attitude for being restless. The woman promised to share the phone numbers for the drivers ASAP. We did not get them until late that night (and one of the numbers was incorrect). To make matters worse, three hours before we got married, we received multiple emails and phone calls demanding payment from Reston. This is despite the fact my husband sent in a credit card authorization form (which was acknowledged by the company months ago). So we're about to get married, and this company is shaking us down for payment which my husband authorized four months ago. To cap it all off, i could not get a hold of my limo driver. So my husband reached out to his point of contact, and she told him that drivers will not respond until an hour before reservation. That is fine; we just wish they had told us that before the day we were getting married. Everything worked out fine in the end, but AVOID this company at all costs. It is not worth the stress.
