Cross the border and use the services in San Ysidro or Chula Vista. I took a large bundle to be dry cleaned at one of its branches in Playas de Tijuana and left them with Olga. First, the clothing wasn't done on the day promised, not even on the second day. Second, when I got my clothing only two shirts were washed, and the tow coats, three skirts, two sweaters were not washed. The sweater came back dirtier than when I left with Olga. I also left a sleeping bag to be washed, which was stolen from me. I tried talking to the management, but the workers, who clearly are the ones stealing the client's clothing, didn't connect me to the management. These employees know what they are up to, and are working together.

While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. The washing card is $1 and you load money onto it including cash or card. The only downside to the place is the drying, I used the 3 load dryer and each time it would only dry for 9 8 minutes. I ended up having to restart the dryer two or three times because I should have used a larger dryer. Overall it's a good spot with free coffee in the morning, so next time I will wash in the morning.
