We had to figure out what to do with her luggage. I searched whether Santa Fe Depot had lockers, they do not, however something called Luggage Hero popped up. There are business in downtown that will keep your luggage locked up for a decent price. 4th Ave Laundry had a late pickup by 2 a.m., so she chose that. Check in was smooth, though they didn't ask for her reservation info, but gave her a ticket. After the concert in the was back to catch the train, we stopped by and there was no one to help us. There is a store next door that you can access without going back out to 4th Ave. One of the guys there came over and we retrieved her luggage. My friend got a "no show" notice from Luggage Hero as they said she didn't use the service. Had they checked her reservation info at check in, would have avoided this. She sent them a message, they reversed the charge and charged her the agreed upon price. In looking at the small print for Luggage Hero, they're supposed to wrap the luggage in plastic wrap while you check in, that way you could see if it was tampered with. My friend bought the insurance, cause you never know. But all was intact. I would recommend to others looking for a place to store luggage for a few hours, just read all the Luggage Hero small print to ensure the process goes smoothly.

She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. It's about forty dollars a load, so if you're visiting and want to get some laundry done, reach out to them and they will come and pick it up and do everything for you! A credit/debit card is required for all machines. The smallest washer cost $4.50, and has a 22 minute cycle. The dryers start at 75¢ for 10 minutes, you can increase the time--but make sure you do it before swiping your card. They offer pick up and delivery to hotels on the island. They also offer drop off service. They will even turn over your laundry (put it in a dryer for you) for a fee.

I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend.

But most importantly, why is it called a "laundromat" instead of "laundrymat" anyway??? Dave runs a smooth ship, as this is one of the nicest and cleanest laundromats I have ever been to. They have your standard regular sized washers, but they also have giant 6 and 8 load machines that will have all of your blankets and comforters cleaned in a jiffy. So fresh and so clean clean. I was able to wash a large comforter, too big for a standard washer, along with another very large blanket and 3 standard "back of the couch" sized blankets in one of the 6 load washers for $9.25. Did I mention that they take cards? Although they do have a quarters machine (accepts $1s, $5s, and $10s), both the washers and dryers are one credit card swipe away from spinning their hearts out. It may not sound like much, but who wants to be stuck depositing 37 quarters to get that tumbler in motion. The dryers are seemingly new, very large, and quite fast. I was able to get all 5 items dryed in about 35 minutes while using two separate dryers. The dryers are run in short time increments, so it's no longer necessary to purchase a full 45 minute run when you only need a quick 20 minute dry. If you're pressed for time, take advantage of the fluff and fold laundry service that is $2lb for same day or $1.85lb for next day service. Conveniently, they also have laundry detergent for sale in case you forget your own. Dave, the owner, was really helpful with assisting me in determining the appropriately sized washer for my load, which was greatly appreciated. Not only did his doing so save me time, but it also saved me some cash. Thanks again Dave!

I forgot to bring my credit card but the attendant was super helpful and helped me resolve that issue. The ac is slightly lacking but there are fans and it probably would be fine when we're not in a heatwave. Dryers worked well. My comforters were about 85/90% dry after 16 mins. Overall, a good experience. They also have the HUGE washers so if you have anything large and heavy, they could definitely accommodate.

Our clothes always come back clean and folded perfectly. They are fast and fairly priced as well. This business is located in a small shopping center, so there is parking. Lastly, they are located in the same shopping center as a few other businesses, such as a nail place and 711 (as of November 2025 when this review was written).

I put my clothes to dry for 40 minutes and still they are damp. I spoke to the attendant at the time and she seemed upset like if I didn't put enough money for my clothes to dry. She paid for 30 more minutes and still not even warm out the dryer. It's sad because I liked it and now I have to look for another laundry mat because my clothes won't dry here. Not to mention it wasn't just one dryer but 3. My socks, towels and regular clothes all came out the same way.
