I walked in like a lost soul with my bag of clothes and Ms. Nayeli noticed me and asked me how she can help. What a display of outstanding customer service. She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. Amazing Fluff & Fold Service!…read more Yesterday, I dropped off my laundry for their fluff & fold service and was blown away by how great everything turned out. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and care about their customers. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond with both quality and customer service, this is it. Also, you have to swipe multiple times to start a load for all the washers and dryers. The machines do not rinse out all of the soap. The worker was lazy and wanted me to clean up a small wet spot 3 inches in diameter with clean laundry even though she had specific towels for sopping up spills in her back room. I want to EMPHASIZE that though you can pay with credit cards, cash or buy a facility card to reload... they DO NOT Accept Navy Federal Cards. Luckily I had my partners card on me or I would've been very upset. I do hope they can fix this issue sooner than later!! I think they have back parking as people kept coming from that direction.
