Really happy with the service I received. I brought in a sports coat, a chiffon cape with old stains, and a Rachel Roy dress with a large old stain. They warned me that the stains might not come out because they were over 5 years old. I came on the day of pick up and gave me the jacket but asked if they could keep the other two pieces for a few days more and of course I said yes. When I came back a few days later my dress and cape were spotless!! I am just elated by the outcome. Thank you for the care and outstanding work. This was the first time using a cleaners. One of the shirt had an old receipt from a different cleaners from 2018 and the pricing was about $3.65 per shirt, however that was 4 years ago and this place charged about $4.50 per shirt BUT did offer a discount for pre-paid (I believe $0.25 per item)... Turned in a handful of shirts and pants to be dry cleaned and was informed that it would be ready a couple days later, about $60.00 worth of dry cleaning. Pants were a bit more expensive. In any event, upon retrieving the items a day later than on our receipt, was informed that there was one shirt that had stains and it was going through another round of dry cleaning and I was asked if that was "okay" and then I was given another receipt for pickup a couple days later. It looked clean when retrieving. Would continue using this place and recommend if you are looking for a dry cleaning place. It looks quite busy inside and maybe lots of local business. Veteran here, just called to ask if they sew on patches and was met with the rudest response. I understand if you don't offer a service however, customer service is everything and a polite decline would have been acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place for even your basic dry cleaning service based on that phone call alone. People like that are just there for the money and don't care about quality or customer service. read more

I love the drive thru service, and I dropped off 4 coats 1 jersey and a jacket for about $80 . They did a great job except for my white winter coat's inner neck lining was still noticeably dirty( easy fix),but the rest of it was snowy white and smelling clean. read more

I should have given this a test run with a shirt or two. Instead I dropped off like 9 dress shirts for a clean and press with light starch. I have only gone through half of them so far and this is what I found. (As soon as I figure out how to upload these pics) I roll my sleeves up like 99.9 percent of the time so there is no way in hell that it would've gotten this stain from me. Two of my blazers are ruined. The lining on both of them was damaged due to heat temperature they used. The blazers we're $70 each and I don't expect them to repay me, so I thought I'd leave a review to ensure you are careful when you drop off your clothing here. There was no tag on them warning me of the damage which is how I know they ruined it. One blazer I brought them had a tag labeled "special care" because the pocket had a rip when I dropped it off. I was told I was being activated and was in need to fix my uniforms. I dropped off 3 articles of clothing, two tops and one bottom, to be fixed. I let the tailor know exactly what needed to be done. Jose I believe? He assured me the fixes were simple and they would be ready in a week. After paying 40$ for 2 patch jobs and 2 name tape placements I felt assured they could handle my task. One week later, I show up and absolutely NONE of my commies had been touched and no alterations had been made. I was told by the woman behind the front desk that I needed to call Jose on Wednesday about the alterations. I was never told this, nor did they call me to ask what needed to be done. Plus, I had already told him what needed to be done. Trash business, making me waste my time as I'm leaving relatively soon and now need to scramble to find a new tailor. read more

First mistake at A & P Drive Thru Cleaners I had various clothes turned in for dry cleaning and one of the shirts found to have high visible stains. I found out about the stains two days after picked up the shirt with the other clothes. I'm getting ready to go out on a Sat when I removed the shirt out of the cleaner's hanger and noted that the shirt had these purple stains in various locations, I put it back on the same hanger. Of course I was very disappointed, on Monday went back and showed the shirt to the owner, who attended me, and explained that the shirt was found with various stains that were not there when I turn it over to dry cleaning. I was told by the owner that I should have looked at shirt on the same day and bring shirt in also in same day, nice way of defending yourself!!! Like everybody else I pick up the clothes they are all well folded, I just put it in closet till time comes to use it, I think is a normal procedure, Right? Second mistake at A & P Drive Thru Cleaners, I again, because sometimes we don't learn the first time, and because been taking clothes there after first mistake and all was good, giving the benefit of a doubt, took my clothes to the cleaners (A & P Drive Thru Cleaners) but this time for some reason I was looking in to these new pants that I used only once I noticed that there was some discoloration from over pressing and also creases were notable on the sides. when the young man that work there asked me if I wanted creases and I told them no creases at all. I explained my concern, the young man decided to keep the pants to fix my concern and yet nothing changed, creases were there still and discoloration even worst. Because the cleaners we had been using moved, we were on the hunt to find a new place to take our clothes. Boy, were we surprised to find A & P Cleaners on Broadway less than a mile from our home. The service was very quick and the person who took our clothes In was very pleasant as was the person that we picked our clothes up from. I've made this place my go to cleaners. If you drop off your clothing my 10 am, they'll have it for you after 4 pm same day! I don't always take advantage of that but there have been a few times I've needed my clothes same day. Everyone here is really nice and I've never had a bad experience or complaint. They're really fast too! I've never spent more than ten minutes there dropping off or picking up. They have multiple registers so if someone gets there before me, I'll still be attended. The girls usually attend to me even if they're doing something else. I brought in a fedora and (I think he's the owner) told me exactly what to expect because he knew a specific stain wouldn't come out and since there was glue he said it would come off but the top is sewn so it wouldn't be a big deal. Best cleaners I've found in town awesome service always comes in clutch for me I bring them 4-5 shirts at a time with wine,bitters food stains etc.. being a bartender I need to have all my shirts nicely cleaned and pressed (all white tuxedo shirts) they always have me looking fresh .. always have me super satisfied never a stain they can't get out which is super rare to find with dry cleaners I've been to many others that deny me service clearly due to intimidation of the stains and when I need them done by but not them. This review might seem trivial to some but I would be doing myself and maybe others a disservice of I didn't. I have been going to A&P for years. I take a vast amount of clothes almost on a regular basis, between 30-80 pieces if not more. I recently took around 70 pieces and same ol', no issues. A few days later I received a call by a young man that there was a counting issue with 3-4 pieces, and I did not give it a second thought till he mentioned an "outstanding balance". At the time it did not register in my head. When I went to pick up the clothes, he mentioned it again and I didn't say anything other than wanting to see how he would approach this scenario. Considering the social climate we are in and the economic challenges we are all facing; it just seemed prudent as a business owner, to tell a long standing customer that spends thousands of dollars a year..."no problem, our mistake, we will take care of it". That was not the case, this young man charges me for their mix-up and I proceeded to take my clothes. I did mention that in this day and age, the customer experience is the most crucial, and if for a few dollars you are going to be this hard up with a customer that just paid almost $500 dry-clean bill; you conducted yourself poorly, you failed. These relationships are very fragile and you cannot mend them once tarnished. Hence I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I came here just a few weeks ago and dropped off my bridesmaid dress which I had already manage to stain before the wedding. Because of the reviews I was a bit nervous since this was very important and needed to be done right, since the location is super convenient for me I went for it and crossed my fingers it would get done right and it did! Amazing. My husband and I brought in his navy uniforms around 3:00 Wednesday. The lady was very nice and friendly. Since my husband waited to close to the day of inspections we were kind of on a time restraint. Lucky for him she said his clothes would be ready Thursday by noon! Fast service! The best part is that the dry cleaning for 3 uniforms only cost 21$! Back where I lived in Atlanta that would of cost at least 40$! This has to be the best cleaners experience I have been to. They have great service and fast turnaround times. The driveway is built like a drive-thru so you park and walk in conveniently. I had some stains on a dress that I needed cleaned for a friend's party and I was not sure they would come out, but they were able to get the stains out and the dressed looked fabulous.
