Over time, even with masks, gloves, and protective gear, my body started reacting badly to the chemicals. I developed severe skin rashes and allergic reactions on my hands, arms, neck, face, and other parts of my body. My eyes were irritated, my sleep was poor, I had low energy, and it started affecting both my health and my ability to work and support my family. My wife had previously gone to Lydia at Chinese Medicine Lady because she was getting severe headaches from the chemicals at her job as a manicurist, and Lydia helped her tremendously. Because of that experience, I decided to see if Lydia could help me too. I've now been treated about five times, and honestly the improvement has been remarkable. Lydia used a combination of Chinese herbs, tui na massage, cupping, moxibustion, and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments specifically tailored to my condition. Little by little my body started calming down. The rashes improved, my eyes became clearer, I started sleeping much better, my appetite returned, and my energy improved noticeably. What impressed me most is how much care and attention Lydia puts into understanding what is happening in the body instead of just covering up symptoms. She takes her time and truly wants to help people heal. If you work around chemicals, construction materials, paints, coatings, nail products, or other harsh environments and your body is reacting badly, I highly recommend coming here. I'm very grateful to Lydia and Chinese Medicine Lady for helping me get my health and my life back on track.

They also charged 3% for credit cards on top of ridiculously high fees. She has no benefit to customers and no shame. She barely understands English or common medical terms. I won't get fooled again: AVOID!

I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately my experience at this acupuncture clinic was deeply…read moredisappointing. From the moment I walked in, the facility felt neglected and poorly maintained. Portions of the ceiling were missing with exposed ductwork visible, and the treatment rooms did not feel fully enclosed or private. The space was cold due to what appeared to be a lack of insulation, and the overall environment felt unkempt. Trash bins were overflowing, countertops were messy, furniture was cracked and scratched, and the walls and carpet looked dingy. It did not feel sanitary, safe, relaxing, or professional. The treatment itself also lacked care and communication. Bing Lin was very brief and did not explain the process, how long the needles would remain in place, or check in to see if I needed anything. There was no offer of heat or added comfort, and there was no calming music or dim lighting -- both of which are common in acupuncture settings to create a therapeutic environment. At one point, he pulled the paper over the table and punched a hole through it with his bare fist where my face would go, which felt unsettling and unprofessional. I left feeling tense, exposed, and uncomfortable rather than relieved. By the end of the session I urgently needed to use the restroom, but based on the overall condition of the facility, I chose to wait until I could find another restroom elsewhere. This experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, professionalism, privacy, or patient care. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve its environment and communication standards for future patients.
