I've been coming to Lin for almost 10yrs and I must say that I love the service, the beautiful selection of nails polishes, from gel,apris,dip and traditional nail lacquer they have something for everyone's taste and budget. Where should I start??! I've been coming here to LIn Nails for maybe close to 9 years and I can't get away. My favs are the owners Thang and his wife Nancy as well as Cristin, Laura and a few others. It's a very professional yet friendly environment with all the nail tech. The owners honor their loyal customers and do well at welcoming new ones. They offer regular manicure, pedicure, gel, dip, acrylics. Really Everything!

The owner was very nice and they had one very kind nail tech who could speak English and was skilled enough to do an ombré gradient on my friend's nails, but the other techs have a tough time with English and so they could not understand what I wanted, even when I showed them a photo of how I wanted my nails to look. I wanted my tips to be a light pink with a silver glitter accent nail (I chose the color from the palette they gave me). I showed them a photo from Instagram and told her I wanted it to be like this. She nodded and understood and confirmed which colour I wanted. She started doing cleaning up my cuticles but then cut me on my ring finger and I was bleeding a lot. I flinched but she kept going until she realized how much I was bleeding. Since it was on my cuticle, the entire process thereafter stung so much! She bandaged it up but the coats always stung. She then proceeded to do my nails but she painted my entire nail with the pink and glitter. I asked if she was only going to do the tip of the nail and she said yes, then told me to put my hand in the led curing machine. I was confused because I thought it still had to be wet for the polish to be removed on the bottom half of my nails, but I trusted she understood what I wanted because I showed her a photo. In the end, we had to call the owner and explain to him what I wanted because we couldn't communicate to each other. We had to remove all of it again (except for my accent nail because she cut my cuticle and I wouldn't be able to soak that nail in acetone or it would burn) and then re-do them. They turned out mediocre. They were uneven, goopy, and messy. Unfortunately I don't think I will be coming back.

I had gotten the dip done at another salon and came back to Nancy because was disappointed ted with previous place. My sister , my mom , and myself have been coming to Lin nails for 2 years now and we decided to try a new place closer to our house but we were disappointed! Nancy on the other hand fixed my nails up and made them look beautiful again !! Definitely recommend Nancy , her husband , and Cristina ! They are the bestest and very nice. There are far better locations and services than this. The prices are ok,however, not worth being mistreated. I received a manicure I can do myself and last way longer. The pedicures, I had to continously tell her to take out the ingrown nail and did not also did not cut my toenails. Placed a burning hot towel on my legs, my ankle was cut from the foot scubber and the "massage" on the legs was rough. never again. read more

I have been doing my nails with them for a couple of months. Have gotten acrylic refills with 3 different techs and they have all been great. They take their time and do quality work. I am very picky with my nails and like for them to look natural, they have not disappointed me once. Prices are about the same as any other nail salon. I wish this would be a better review with just the high recommendation i had for this establishment however unfortunately its not. I made an appointment for 5:15 pm. Arrived five minutes early and someone else was being attending by the employee whom appointment was scheduled for that I had made an appointment with. There was an employee at the time of duration watching doing nothing to their leisure of using their phone. This employee did not ask to relief her co work so that she could take care of her appointment. This employee resumes to enjoy their time in the rear area of the establishment. At the end of this rant the customer services is not great. read more

The owners are very disrespectful! The nail polish they have is all expired. I got my nails painted white and before I even left the building the were turning pink. By the next day they were all ready brown. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! NEVER COME HERE! read more

Good nail salon but don't let none them Hispanic ladies touch your nails nor eyebrows. Only the Chinese people there do the nails really good and they last long and also do eye brows good. I normally do my nails at the salon at work but wanted a gel manicure for this month so after searching on Yelp I came here. Super friendly people and Nancy dos my gel manicure and was more OCD than me which is super unusual since I borderline needing medication.. Lol. She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be coming back. I also did a pedicure with another girl who was a very sweet and did a great job. Very clean as well. read more

Do not go there. I have a really bad experience. First appointment I did with Christina when I got there 15 minutes previously to the appointment. she told me that she was behind that I will need to wait until she finish to the one that she just started. I waited that day, appointment was at 5:15 left the place at 8:30pm. Then I did another appointment with the same nail technician, and happen the same thing she was behind, she told me I will need to wait, I waited. She don't have the similar or same color that I put on my toes, to do my dip powder. At the time she was changing my toes nails color, she was telling another client to come to do her nails. When Christy was doing finally my dip powder the clients that she was talking to arrived, she automatically told to one of them to sit next to us, then she left me drying my nails and went to do the other client at the same time she was taking care of me. I finish having 3 people doing my nails one that was doing my nails the other one for the design and the owner female for finish up because Christy was taking care of the other one that came after me. I did an appointment again with another nail technician Christina do not wrote my name in the appointment book and when I got there they was saying that they was closing at 7:30pm there was nobody waiting at that moment and it was only 5:20 pm. The owners was not there so they was doing what ever they want to do, because when they owners are there they have to see everyone until they said so or close the doors. Mariela was giving opinions saying that she was leaving early she don't want to help neither. Very bad bad experience I will never ever will go there again. read more

Based on the reviews I came in hoping to get my nails reshaped and painted while on vacation. The tech seemed reluctant and tried to get me to take off my acrylics and get a new set. I told him I was on vacation and didn't want to do that. I also felt my set was fine and I didn't even need a fill. He very gently shaped my nails and took his time which I thought was so awesome. The issue came when he painted my nails. He left nail polish on my skin and there are sheer places where you can see through my nails. Overall while I appreciate the time taken to shape my nails I would've also appreciated a good paint job. read more

I just had mani/pedi there and they are great. The place is neat and clean and although, Saturday and it was full, they took care of me right away. At first they were great but as the time went on they seem to be getting sloppier and sloppier! Until I went in one day my girl spoke NO ENGLISH at all and seemed to be doing the bare minimum on my manicure. She was only painting the center of my nails, nothing on the sides!! After 3 tries of telling her I wanted the sides painted I gave up and paid way over other salons without any polish at all! Would not recommend at all!!! read more

There are many other nail salons that will appreciate customers who enjoy their services. You should learn to appreciate the service of your customers. Unsanitary service 4. Disrespectful treatment 5. $113 BEFORE TIPPING I came as a walk in at 2:30pm for a GelX manicure and regular pedicure and ended up leaving at 5pm. Halfway through my manicure my stylist mentioned that I would be switched to someone else because she had an appointment. I didn't mind this, as I was a walk in and know that appointments should be prioritized. When i showed my new stylist the reference photo she seemed prepared. She first motioned to do the wrong design on one of my nails; but mistakes happen and i caught it before anything could be done. My design required one french tip and I asked her to retouch/redo 3 times due to unfinished/crooked lines. Then came the stripped part of the design, 3 lines on my pinky that took 20-30 minutes to look DECENT. When trying to do those 3 lines I asked if there was someone else more fit for designs and that I would be okay waiting, she didn't pay any mind to my request and kept trying. After some more attempts I asked her to take off the stripe and told her that I would find somewhere else to do it. At this point, who i think is the owner came over and handed her another tool after they exchanged some words. The same issues happened, uneven lines, some even diagonal. Then she proceeds to pluck a HAIR FROM HER HEAD to try to do the line as she giggles, I was sooo taken aback at this point and had spoken up SO MANY times that I was speechless. My index nail was also placed on crooked so when I mentioned to her that the lines were diagonal she stated that my nail was crooked. 1. My fake nail was placed crooked and 2. even if my nail is crooked, your line should be straight! Again, I told her to wipe everything off and said I would go somewhere else. After she finally let me go, the owner asked if I wanted her to try and I said "that is what i have been asking for since this began". Finally they were good enough and I left after paying $113 for all that I had just gone through. just don't come here.

Chloe took off my gels, cleaned and shaped them beautifully. I was so happy with her attention to detail I decided to do dip instead of gel. When I asked for the change from gel to dip she accommodated my request despite the extra length of time it would take and that they were getting busy. I've had dip many times before and it seems to be a hit or miss when trying someone new, but Chloe did a superb job.
