The owner took my money saying she knew how to do a job and ended up leaving my nails with uneven acrylic and cuts on my fingers...I asked her to fix the job and she told me to come back in 2 days..Which I did and then she said she could no longer fix!!!!!!!! From out of town visiting and wasnt sure where to go. I'm so glad I went with this place!! They were super busy on a Saturday but got me right in with an appointment I made only an hour ahead. I got the gel manicure and gel deluxe pedicure and she rubbed my feet really good lol. Took their time and did stunning work. Were very nice and reasonably priced. $55 for deluxe pedicure, $40 for gel fill cause I had gems and broken nails on previous. Felt bad cause I didnt bring more I honestly should have tipped them more cause they deserved it. Would reccomend read more

From afar the nails look cute but up close, you can see so many mistakes, I had a little flower gems, and they fell off within three days and you could see the glue from the flowers all around the nail, they file so hard, and the nails still aren't even shaped that good. They also did zero cuticle prep so it looks really weird around my cuticles and they put something on my nail that touched my cuticle and it burned me. There's also a hair in my nail that is stuck. So overall from far away they don't look that bad but in reality, there's a bunch of mistakes. read more

Customer for over 1.5 years!! With COVID-19 restrictions going down, JN Nail decided to open again and I have never been happier!! They actually took the time to remodel the WHOLE SALON and made it look even prettier (I already liked the older decor) but those new floors and wall colors are so indulgent, eye pleasing and aesthetic that I can't bare not to call this place a GEM!! I have had multiple services from here, Full sets, manicure and pedicure (regular and gel), wax, and more, and have always had a pleasant experience! Prices are just right and ambiance is very nice. They have tons of colors to select from and they just equipped the salon with new massage chairs in the pedicure area (wonderful). It is actually my first time writing a review on Yelp but I couldn't stand not doing it this time, it was a game changer after not being there for what it felt the longest time (aka quarantine). I would totally recommend the Asian guy that does pedicure for that job, he is really nice, efficient, gentle and does wonders, and his manicures are really good too! I don't really know his name because I am kinda shy to ask (I know, this old but still shy) but he is pictured in one of the photos that I uploaded! I spent $30 dollars. Only after 9 days. Three of my nails's color starting peel off. I came to the nail salon, I told them what happen on my nail. She said she can fix them, but she said it is my fault. I said last time I did $18, it even keep longer. She said it is impossible, why I lie?! Your technology problem, why said it is customer fault?! Then I got angry, I talked loudly. Then the woman(LIM MUOY) who talked to me, she is laughing on me! Laughing on me! I went to this nail salon because a friend recommended it. I really liked the nail technician, Jessie. She was extremely thorough and shaped my nails perfectly. She is also really talented and she is up for a challenge. You can show any Pinterest picture and she can probably do it as long as you have the nails for it. It was a little more expensive than what I regularly pay, by about $5 but it was worth it because it was definitely a better job! Will be back! read more

I went in to remove gel and get a regular manicure. Whilst the nail tech was removing the gel she gave me cuts and ruined my nail bed making my naturally thick nails very thin and flimsy. I then told her I wanted just clear nail polish and she put on clear gel polish. I got charged $30 for just clear gel polish when I asked for regular clear. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They just want to get you out of the chair fast!!! read more

This place is Unreal! Sunny did an amazing job! I just so happen to stumble upon this nail salon, walked in, was treated very respectfully and taken care of immediately. And like I said I was a "walk in" sunny took her time and did my nails perfectly. She knew I was headed on a hunting trip and she made sure my nails would make it through the entire week and they MADE IT! Out in the woods for a week and I didn't break one nail! NOT ONE! This place is a staple in my nail game now! Also the one thing I can't stand when I go to The nail salon is that awkward silence when they do your nails. Sunny kept up a great conversation with me which made the time there go fast! I also discussed with her how I hate complaining when I'm not happy with my nails when there done, but if I'm not happy I'm not happy and she def made sure I left absolutely satisfied with the job she did. Oh and as if it didn't get any better her prices are GREAT! And she also does hand designs that just add that extra spark to your nails. I would recommend this place to everyone! Go check her out! this is the WORST nail salon ever, i went with my grandmother who is a retired doctor, the lady from table 1 and jacky charged us for stuff that we did ask for, the lady which im pretty sure was the head of the salon treated my grandma with attitude and screamed at her in front of everyone. Jacky did my nails super ugly n effortlessly and when i asked why he added stuff i didnt ask for then he ignored me. they do not deserve to have a establishment where they treat elderly people and customers like that. read more

I have been going to this location for 9 years ! There is new owner; if you are looking for a spa experience this isn't the location. If the owner does your nails and you have gel nail polish she uses a dremel tool; your kinda ok; not 110% not relaxing with her nails digging in then running her file it cut my skin. I thought this place has good reviews, so I would try it out. I got a pedicure and the whole experience felt very rushed. Maybe 15/20 minutes total. I also had an appointment and still had to wait about 30 minutes after the appt time. When the pedicure was done I was moved to pay very quickly and had to walk across the salon with wet polish resulting in about 4 toenails smudging. I was just hoping for better. read more

I liked the service. I had a pedicure and got acrylic nails. I didn't like the fact that they only had gel polish. I felt they are overpriced. Also my nail color needed 3 coats, which I told her, and she only put 2 so they are lighter than I wanted. My left hand has too much space left at the cuticle. It looks like I need a fill soon. My left hand also is lighter than the right hand on 3 nails. The pedicurist was polite, and seemed eager to please. Not so much with the woman who did my nails.
