Our poor baby was mutilated and the worst part is they refused to take responsibility for their actions. Give them a try!! This is a new local business. I couldn't be any happier with their customer service. I got a flyer while I was walking to my Herbalife club. Decided to give them a try today. Even tho it's Sunday and on the flyer it states that they on open from Tuesday-Saturday, I have them a call. Gloria answered. She was so sweet gave me a quote and a time to drop of my puddle and shih Tzu. I was so happy to see that they have dog food and water for their furry clients. She later texted me when my babies were ready, which was only 2 hours later. When I saw them I was so pleased with their cuts! They looked so happy! On 10/09/2021 I drop off my 2 yorkie around 8:30am I told her only shower and shave her butt, around 2:30pm I call to check up when the owner told me that she was about to "call me" to let me know that one of her worker had cut one of my Yorker but it was a small cut, when I got there it was big and deep cut I told her she going to need Stitches so she told me yes that she would take me with her vet, we got to the vet and he told me that she need stitches because the cut was deep and it could get infected he said I would charger u $160 the lady didn't wanted to paid for the vet that it wasn't her responsibility that she was going to make sure her worker paid because her store was slow and it wasn't her fault, 30 mins later the lady text me that she was going to Zelle me only 131 because I didn't paid for her what ever I didn't argue with her because I was more focus on my dog then arguing with her, PLEASE ME CARE DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF ANYTHING HAPPENED SHE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE the sad part that she didn't call me right away when everything happened she waiting into I call her to see why she was taking long with my dogs read more

Update: my fist review was from my December visit. I just came back from picking up my dog and I'm unhappy w the service not the haircut. First they always tell you one hour but be prepared to wait longer, then I call them after an hour and a half and they say give us 20 minutes. I show up and he's not ready. They tell me he bit and has been uncooperative. Ok I understand I know how he is w strangers, so I hold him and he's calm and she's cutting his hair on his face. Once she's done I see long hairs still and he hasn't been blow dryed yet. I tell her and she does it all fast. I'm getting ready to pay and she says "oh the nails " again I'm holding him so he could relax. The price was $45 but I generously give her $50 for the hassle he gave them. As I'm walking out I hear her and the other lady laughing about me giving $5 for the bite. I get in my car and he shakes off all his hair on my black leather seats. I get home and have to blow dry all his shaved hair off because she did it in a hurry. I understand my dog was difficult but bad service. Definitely not bringing him back read more

Unfucking believable I took my miniature yorkie poo for a bath and hair cut. When i picked her up they where still cutting her face and asked me how it looked, it was very uneven and she stated to me "Its been really hard the whole time to see because she was shaking a lot and moving" I didn't think much of it although its strange because my dog is 2 years old and has constantly had visits with grooming and has always stayed very still when getting her hair cut expecially her face. They didn't tell me anything went wrong however when I got home i noticed She has a very deep cut shaped like a circle under her leg i could see her flesh inside. I immediately took a picture and sent it to the owner because i noticed the wound after 5 and they where closed. I tried taking her to ERs near us however they where all full I drove to orange county and was there over night i was told she is on the edge of surgery however they are avoiding that because of her small size and anesthesia so they did staples on her. I got all the paperwork and contacted them to my surprise they are denying and treating me like a liar I had to drive back over here to get explanations and speak about the doctor bill which is their responsibility my dog immediately started crying and shaking trying to get out of there she has never done this before and didnt do it yesterday when i dropped her off. As i walked ou5 i warned a customer about their dog and yo my surprise they are telling me they are actually there because of similar reasons her dog got an ear infection yhat costed 2 gran and her paws had cut rashed skin and the owner wasnt taking responsibility is telling her its her food and to go fix her problem her self. I then told her I had a 2pm appointment and never received a cancelation. She rudely repeats they're closed and basically tells me there's nothing she can do about it. Apparently, one of the ladies had an emergency. I understand emergencies happen but a courtesy cancelation text would've been appreciated. Or even just a better attitude when telling me about the closure for the day. The lady was rude and dismissive about the inconvenience. Called Lina, told me to bring one in to see if she could handle it, she wasn't able do it by herself so we set up an appointment for Sunday(when she could have help). If I could leave less than 1 star I would. She charged me more for my chow chow dog and didn't do anything. I was charged more because of the fact my dog is a chow chow and she requires more attention when grooming. I took her to Zeny's Groomer yesterday and not only did she do a better job, she also took her time and got my dog to like her. Lina did a great job with my terrier. I usually bathe him so this was his first time at a groomers in 3yrs so I wasn't sure how he would react and she said he did well. I told her to cut his hair as short as possible and he came out looking like a totally different dog! He looked so cute! He was 3rd in line when I dropped him and he was ready to pick up 2hrs later. Never in my life will I return to this place. I have taken my dog to several groomers before and never has one cut off more than my dogs nail and injure my dog. He was bleeding when I saw him and later saw that his right eye was red, I know my own pet and he was perfectly fine from his eye before. I decided to call Lina's and she was able to help me get my Fonzi groomed within the hour. She was so nice and friendly and did an amazing job!
