I've been trusting Waggily Ever After for about 4 years now. That alone is a testament to their dedication to ensuring a quality groomand bath for your little one. What I can personally attest to is their professionalism in their service and their care for the doggies they groom. I see a lot of negative comments that seem nitpicky about things that are preventable as a dog parent. Working with a variety of dog personalities can be a very difficult thing. Ultimately, the better behaved, socialized, crate-trained and trusting your dog is with other dogs and other human beings, the better your visit will be with ANY business that involves caring for dogs. From my experience, and from the family that I've referred to here, the Waggily Ever After team is about getting this work done with care and consistency. I just love the way they treat my sweet old lady Lucy and especially love how well groomed she ends up looking and smelling after their fantastic service. Nicely trimmed and thoroughly deshedded and shampooed! It always looks like she de-ages after a visit there. I've also recently started bringing my newer dog here so I'm happy the establishment is thriving as I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

I brought my dog to Waggily Ever After for grooming, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Not only did they cut my dog, leaving a visible wound (photos attached), but were extremely hesitant on giving a partial refund until eventually they provided a $30 refund for a service of $285 (for both of my pets). Accidents can happen, but what's worse is the lack of accountability and poor customer service afterward. A small partial refund does not make up for the pain and stress caused to my pet. I expected professionalism and care, but instead, I left worried and disappointed. If you love your pets and want them treated gently and responsibly, I would not recommend Waggily Ever After.

I normally take my dog to Petco but we decided to use this place. They were able to take us without an appt which was awesome but now my dog is walking with a limp and her paw started bleeding. Two of her nails are now damaged one has split and some of her nail fell off and the other nail bed is bleeding. Will never come back

They took my Corgi in as a walk in and had him ready within 3 hours. They did an amazing job with his grooming and nail trimming. I will definitely be returning here.

I felt the need to provide an update because we are always so happy with how our dogs turn out! Even after we moved away, we continue to make trips to the area to bring our doggos in. The groomers here are truly skilled and professionals. It's been 2 years since we've began bringing our schnauzer & now his little sister gets groomed here too! Double the trouble yet they do a great job. Groomers are nice & easy to talk to, they always listen to our specific request. This last visit, 1 of the pups was matted (my fault/too many sweaters, not enough brushing) yet groomer was able to remove matting, hide the shaved part with leaving the skirt all around. You can't even notice the shaved area and seems like the matting was never there! I was truly impressed and grateful. They have gained our trust and loyalty.

BEWARE! This business is not safe for your pet. They cut my dog's penis with clippers, which has since gotten infected infected. They did not inform me upon pick up and tried to hide the incident from me. Instead they attempted to distract me with compliments when I picked him up. When I called to notify them they claimed they would give me a refund and cover some of my medical bills but have NOT done either and completely neglected the matter. Be careful leaving your pet for a service. My dog is in a lot of pain.

Took my cat in after being reassured that they were able to handle cats. He came out witch a terrible haircut, nick on his ear and BUTCHERED NAILS. Bleeding did not stop till hours after coming home. On nail was split another WAS COMPLETELY GONE. Idk if it fell off or it was torn off but my god does it hurt him. Now I get cats are ah but if they couldn't work with him they should've called me to pick him up instead of taking it out on him!

5 stars, they did a very good job with my Puppy for her first grooming. Good prices & friendly staff. Very satisfied with the outcome. No complaints from me.

Waggily Ever After is absolutely wonderful! I recently had them come out to groom two very different dogs -- a large senior dog and my pit bull mix-- and I couldn't be more impressed. What really stood out was how gently and patiently they handled my older dog. Senior pets can be sensitive and uncomfortable during grooming, but Waggily Ever After treated him with such care and kindness. You could tell they truly understand the needs of aging dogs. They also did a fantastic job keeping up with my younger dog's energy! Both pups came out looking amazing, and the convenience of having a professional groomer come right to my door made the whole experience stress-free for me and my dogs. If you're looking for a mobile grooming service that genuinely loves animals and knows how to handle dogs of all ages and sizes, look no further. I've brought my dog Elvis here a handful of times and every time has been a success!! They take their time with him and honestly leave him so clean and cute! You can see how unprofessional the owner responds below. Do not bring your pets here. My dog did not get a teddy bear cut. I asked for shorter body hair, and teddy bear face. They shaved the head. As you can see below she had a big poof, and they shaved her head. No one was crying on the phone; As a matter of fact, you weren't even there because I asked to speak to the owner and a man answered. Your lack of professionalism is appalling, take accountability as a business owner that you messed up. Like I said previously you guys failed to come forward and admit you messed up and tried to gas light me saying I asked for her head to be shaved. I paid $75.00 for a horrible cut and service. read more

Same terrible service! They rejected my moms poodle just now because she wrote a bad review in the past. They said they wouldn't service her unless her review is removed. Wow!! Loved this place ! First time coming here it was super fast to get helped with since they accept walk ins. I was on a trip and left my dog at a boarding facility he was matted and needed a haircut bad they were able to brush out his face and tail and left him looking amazing ! I've only taken my new pup here once. Service was good and price is great. I have no complaints about my doggy's summer cut. They do only take cash though. And I'm giving them minus 1 star for not having AC running during hot summer days they had fans going but I do think they should have AC. I will likely be back for another groom sesh for my pup read more

Owner is very rude and very unprofessional on how he treat customers. I came in for grooming service and him and workers dont acknowledged you. If you says Excuse me , they get mad and nasty. They get to talk to anyway old way they feel like it. If you bring it up to the owner about mistreatment and unprofessional you receive form his workers, he gets confrontational with yiu catches an attitude and ban you from his shop. I should of pay attention of the other reviews about the poor service and the nasty comments the owner says to them. I know he is going to eventually see this post and respond stating we never service your animal and few last negative words. All I have to say is that YES YOU DID SERVICE MY ANIMAL AND I HOPE THAT MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE RECEIVED SIMILAR BAD TREATMENT WILL REPORT AS WELL. read more

Great place to bring your furry pet! The owner might seem upset but It's just his character he is not an extrovert but he loves animals! Bella and Ducky love coming here and he always does a great job taking care of them and getting them all feeling fresh and groomed up lol Overall no complaints except they could be a little more detailed but other than that this place is amazing with great pricing! read more

He wanted to know how I liked Musiq to be cut and and I explained the special cuts that I normally receive. Kenny knew exactly what I was talking about, a certain blade to cut, where to cut lower, etc. I am soooo excited that I found an African American Professional Groomer for my "Man Man"!!
