I've been trusting Waggily Ever After for about 4 years now. That alone is a testament to their dedication to ensuring a quality groomand bath for your little one. What I can personally attest to is their professionalism in their service and their care for the doggies they groom. I see a lot of negative comments that seem nitpicky about things that are preventable as a dog parent. Working with a variety of dog personalities can be a very difficult thing. Ultimately, the better behaved, socialized, crate-trained and trusting your dog is with other dogs and other human beings, the better your visit will be with ANY business that involves caring for dogs. I brought my dog to Waggily Ever After for grooming, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Not only did they cut my dog, leaving a visible wound (photos attached), but were extremely hesitant on giving a partial refund until eventually they provided a $30 refund for a service of $285 (for both of my pets). Accidents can happen, but what's worse is the lack of accountability and poor customer service afterward. A small partial refund does not make up for the pain and stress caused to my pet. I expected professionalism and care, but instead, I left worried and disappointed. I felt the need to provide an update because we are always so happy with how our dogs turn out! Even after we moved away, we continue to make trips to the area to bring our doggos in. The groomers here are truly skilled and professionals. It's been 2 years since we've began bringing our schnauzer & now his little sister gets groomed here too! Double the trouble yet they do a great job. Groomers are nice & easy to talk to, they always listen to our specific request. This last visit, 1 of the pups was matted (my fault/too many sweaters, not enough brushing) yet groomer was able to remove matting, hide the shaved part with leaving the skirt all around. BEWARE! This business is not safe for your pet. They cut my dog's penis with clippers, which has since gotten infected infected. They did not inform me upon pick up and tried to hide the incident from me. Instead they attempted to distract me with compliments when I picked him up. When I called to notify them they claimed they would give me a refund and cover some of my medical bills but have NOT done either and completely neglected the matter. Owner is very rude and very unprofessional on how he treat customers. I came in for grooming service and him and workers dont acknowledged you. If you says Excuse me , they get mad and nasty.
