I did the reservation in person when the front desk lady made an appointment for me and then on my appointment date I went to the office, and they told me that my name was not on the list! They use a pencil to write the appointment in the reservation's book, so I am not sure if someone replaced my name! the disrespectful thing was they offered to make a new appointment to wait for more than two months again.

With everything currently happening pandemic-wise, I feel it is unsafe and irresponsible of me to go in for an eye appointment just to get an updated contact prescription. When asked if there were any resources or help during this time, I was once again reminded of the "company line". They charged my credit card for $184. Yesterday, May 14th I received a letter telling me my appointment had been cancelled due to "provider's schedule change." Given that my appointment is August 4th I'm guessing Dr Luke Gamble is going on vacation. Clearly it does not matter to this practice that I've been waiting 10 months and I've already paid for my appointment! When I called about getting a refund I was not offered to reschedule just sent me straight to billing. As if I was not the first person this had happened to and they knew trying to save the appointment was not worth it. Terrible customer service! Terrible business practices! Do not go here!

I needed to get a new pair of glasses for my hospitalized grandfather and his prescription was complex. Lise drove over an hour to the hospital where my grandfather was, to find the perfect glasses and fit for him. When the glasses came in (within a week), she drove back down to deliver them and make sure that the fit was good. She also gave us a fantastic price on the glasses. Paul stood behind his products and honored all his guarantees and warranties. UNFORTUNATELY PAUL HAS RETIRED AND SOLD THE BUSINESS. The new owner seems reluctant to honor the warranty, by throwing up unreasonable roadblocks and requirements. My vision is so bad that I can barely see the big E on the chart without glasses. You can just imagine my displeasure when she would not honor the warranty for the anti-scratch coating without taking my glasses for 1-3 weeks in order to return them to the manufacturer for lens replacement. Paul, the previous owner, would inspect the lens, confirm the scratch, order a replacement lens and then install it in the frame when it came in for no charge and minimal convenience. I urge you to use Dr. Barnes Eyemart Express where one can get two pair of glasses for the price of one pair. You could just switch to you second pair if the first is damaged and not be blind for 3 weeks. WE ARE NOW FORMER CUSTOMERS.
