They are just a receptionist with zero knowledge about what is possible or practical. 2 - do not work directly with the servicing technician on parts. they don't know how to work with the "front office" to make sure the correct part is ordered...and they don't provide any updates on status of orders. The initial technician was unable to fix the problem, and due to unpredictable factors, they were not able to send another technician over for the rest of the day or evening. However, the owner and his wife, after spending long hours well into the early morning resolving issues for other customers, came by personally to take care of me. They were very apologetic for the lack of communication and for my experience with the first technician, and set about right away to figuring out the problem. They had my AC repaired and running in no time, and were very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. Despite my initial frustration, I was very happy with the end result - I realize that factors beyond their control had derailed most of the day for them, and I very much appreciate them taking the time to stop by even though they were exhausted and it was nearly 3am.
