This is my go to location for shopping and I've been shopping there since it opened a year ago. I really enjoy the friendly staff and cashiers. The food selections are fantastic recently they've had some really cool exotic mushrooms that I've been enjoying. I am I noticed they didn't have the RonnieBrooke plain yoghurt that I love (they have it at the other Lincoln supermarket) I literally mentioned it in two days later it was on the shelf so grateful to them. The other day I was shopping and accidentally got blood from a pack of meat on my coat (it was entirely my fault ). I asked Mike the store manager and he was so helpful and came back with some cleaner sprayed on some kitchen roll and completely cleaned it off. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews as I've generally only had great experience experiences there, and I wonder if people are singling out exceptions rather than the rule. I've been to this store over 50 times since it opened and for years have frequented the OG Lincoln Market at (33 Lincoln Road) so I feel ready to write a very complete and thorough review. This store is spacious with a (mostly) very easy to navigate layout. I've only been 2 or 3 times when it's pretty packed and even then it was still not difficult to get around. The store is usually well stocked and has great variety but randomly will be out of pretty basic poultry like ground turkey or chicken thighs. That's the good. Now my issues: the cashiers can't bag for crap and often just won't. I'm not asking for Trader Joe's level of packing organization, but multiple times a cashier has put milk or soda cans ON TOP OF EGGS!!! WHAT?! Or put heavy cans on delicate produce. They'll pack bags with no consideration for weight or thought about how the customer is supposed to get these bags home. I'm happy to pay for extra bags, and there's no reason I should have one precariously packed 60 pound bag or two bags one 50 pounds the other 3 pounds. There's no logic going into it. And that's if you buy bags. If you bring your own bag, oh you're packing everything yourself. Even if you bought $200 worth of groceries it's your job to put them all on the conveyor belt pay and then run over and hurriedly pack the bags as they shove your items to the end of the scanner belt all willy nilly. And then frown at you for being in the way when there's another customer behind you. And look, I don't really blame them. I don't think they were trained how to do anything but scan. And I desperately think leadership needs to rethink that practice to improve overall customer experience. Even worse than the bagging, I've been racially profiled here. I was using self checkout for like 5 items and a woman ran over to me and said, "I saw you! You didn't scan that as organic! That's organic!" I replied, "it's not organic. And showed her the sticker." She pushed me out of the way and rescanned it and then was like, "Fine." She didn't say sorry or my mistake she just aggressively accused me of stealing and then went about her day. Terrible customer service from security. I've never had these issues at the 33 Lincoln Road Lincoln Market, which although smaller, is such a well-run store. I'm hoping this grocery store steps it up, but for now it's just fine. Spacious. This market is absolutely wonderful! There's plenty of variety in all aspects/categories such as fruits, vegetables, beverages, hot food, etc. You can come in here and easily spend hundreds of dollars if you have no self control. I stopped by twice already and purchased a turkey sandwich, sushi, fruits, vegetables, etc. This market is considered local for me. I will definitely come here as much as I can when I need to pick up a few things. The market is huge, clean, and the staff that I've encountered here are nice. I wish this market participated in some sort of rewards or points program. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic addition to the neighborhood and I will be coming here instead of the Key Food market that's around the corner. read more

Another store in the Lincoln Market chain has opened. This time in Flatbush proper. I kept passing it by on the B44 and needed to buy a few Christmas items. It is a nicely set store and definitely made with space in mind. There is more space in most of the aisles to me than the one on Lincoln Road. It made it easier go and pass people by. It is very clean but since the grand opening was relatively recent. Like the other stores, they do delivery in the Brooklyn area. They have a deli, sushi counter, mini bakery and more. I think it is great that the area has one more supermarket to shop and eat at. read more

The size of this new LM is awesome. I love the big produce section. The flow of the store works really great and so far it's always been well stocked. The cashiers are super friendly, and the store is always clean. Because it's newer, I've found it's been less crowded than the Lincoln Road location. The freezer aisle is much bigger and there is more diversity in the options because of that. Also you can't go wrong with a gummy post floor to ceiling next to the registers. read more

my favorite grocery store in the area. literally so much selection and many unique items. they have a wide variety of plant based meat substitutes, bakery items, and hot entrees. also the cheese is well-priced. my favorite item so far has been the buffalo chicken bites, they taste incredible air fried. service is amazing, ive been 5 times and ive never had to wait on line. the ambiance is fresh, neat and clean. read more

I'm grateful for the arrival of this supermarket and its large bounty of organic produce, especially the sale prices. The stock is more or less similar to the other Lincoln Market locations, and the elaborate presentation is delightful to see. Also consistent with other Lincoln Markets is the loud rock music intended for sixty-year-old white men, which is even more out of step with the community than it is at the locations on Fulton Street and Lincoln Place. I'm a 50-year-old white man, but this misplaced soundtrack still is a deterrent. More sensitivity to the demographics and culture of the community the store is in is necessary. The addition of self checkout is helpful, as are the usually stern-looking security guards providing assistance. The cashiers occasionally are friendly, and presumably they'll be more cohesive as a group as time goes on and the workers know each other longer. Today I saw the sweetest cashier from the Lincoln Place store here, which was encouraging. I'll still go to the Key Food on Nostrand Avenue and Winthrop Street for cheap large Libby's pineapple juice that all the Lincoln Market locations don't carry, but happily will shop here for the organics. read more

They don't let customers use the bathroom. They lie and says it's out of service. I know because they said it to me once but a worker let me in. Cleanest working bathroom on Franklin but the managers lie to customers face. read more
