I used Yelp to get several quotes and I picked Sacramento Brothers because they had the best quote and quick communication. They showed up the day of the move on time and got right to work. The truck was packed before I knew it without incident. I was also leaving a couple things behind and they were thoughtful enough to move them downstairs for me. They showed up at the new place quickly and started unloading ASAP. I had leaf a couple things I needed across town so I left them to it. By the time I got back they were finished. They quoted me a 3 hour minimum and finished just before 3 hours. They didn't try to pad the time at all and the bill was exactly what they quoted me. I'll definitely use Sacramento Brothers next time I move and they even offer a small discount for repeat customers. You should definitely at least get a quote from them if read all this.

They took the time to talk everything through with me and honestly helped calm me down during a super stressful situation. That level of care meant a lot. On moving day, they showed up right on time and worked so hard the entire time. They made the most of every minute (which we really appreciated since they charge hourly) and handled all of our large items efficiently and carefully. Nicole and her husband are amazing and seem to really care about the company taking care of their customers. I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time. This move was incredibly stressful for my family for a number of reasons, but Tetris made it 10x easier and I'm so grateful for that! Thank you!!

In the past 10 years, I have seen the USPS postal service become VERY unreliable for incoming and…read moreoutgoing packages and mail. Many sent items and expected items have been lost or stolen. Even certified mail or return receipt mail goes missing frequently. Seems that USPS only really cares about your package if you use the more expensive priority mail. Even then with the tracked priority mail, I have had packages go missing. Unfortunately, if you have to ship to a PO Box then you HAVE to use the USPS. In those cases, I always use Priority Mail. UPS has a better record than USPS but still mistreats and loses packages. I have had the BEST success with FedEx. I have only ever had one package lost. According to FedEx it is still circling Nashville. When using FedEx I have the best service and experience when I go to the corporate ship point on Nichols Drive. This is where the packages go to anyway, so I go straight here instead of the FedEx Kinkos locations. I have had a MUCH better experience at Nichols Drive than ANY FedEx Kinkos location. Paulina is a consistently excellent employee at this location who always provides excellent customer service. I use the cheapest ground option and allow plenty of time for shipping when I can to save money.
