    Water damage.

    On 11/1/22, I went to check on my unit at Lincoln Mini Storage and thank God I did! My unit had a major water leak coming from the ceiling and ruined my vintage hutch, tools, collectables and very important documents all items got damaged. I brought this to management attention and they did nothing to help me, or even get back to me to check on the situation. So I then had to take a day off work, got an emergency U-Haul and thankfully found a safe place to put my stuff. After getting my belongings out of the unit they charged my card without my permission $169.00!!!... I am a single Mother that doesn't receive child support, and this company knew I was on my own, and they took complete advantage of me. This place is absolutely disgusting! I will also be in contact with the Better Business Buero.

    Since the new manager took over, this storage facility is much better! Clean inside & out and the old problems have been resolved. Excellent!

I have so much random clutter in my house and sometimes I feel like I'm being swallowed alive. I grew up in a household where you could never throw anything away, so wanting to live a minimalist lifestyle goes against my childhood programming. I hired Christa to make sure I carved out time to declutter because much like hiring a personal trainer, even though I know how to workout, unless I have someone to keep me accountable I won't do it. I want to be a good role model to my children and the last thing I want is to pass on my inability to remove clutter from my space. Christa has helped me get rid of a mountain of clutter by my washer/dryer that I'd been meaning to sell on Facebook marketplace. Rather than procrastinating on what I already didn't want to deal with I dropped everything off to Goodwill because she gave me parameters on what was actually worth selling. It makes getting rid of things so much easier because her support gives me the positive support I need to finally let go. Every time I load up my car and drop things off, I FEEL SO GOOD. Thanks Christa for helping me make space in my life for all the wonderful experiences I know I deserve.

Everyone that I had spoken with up to this point made me feel like they eere trying to squeeze as many people in as they could and for a high price. Now don't get me wrong....I totally get that you have a business to make money. But I just felt like another number and that made me question whether or not they would treat my belongings with care. However, the minute I spoke to Rachel on the phone with SC Movers, I knew that was the company that I wanted to go with! She was genuine and personable and answered all of my questions. They were also very fairly priced! Fast forward to moving day, Shawn and Cain were a few minutes early which we appreciated. They took a few moments to find out exactly what we needed and quickly accomplished it. My roommate and I were both impressed with how professional, friendly, and efficient they were. AND - they took great care of our stuff!!! So fast forward a few days. We were struggling with getting the rest of our belongings out before the final move-out date. Not that we were slacking - we just have too much stuff. Lol I called Rachel again (and, of course, she was as nice as she was the first time) and asked if there was any chance that the guys could come out in the next day or two to help again. They accommodated us the next day and did a fantastic job. So thank you, SC Movers!!! Highly recommend and will definitely use again if there's any need in the future!

    In the past 10 years, I have seen the USPS postal service become VERY unreliable for incoming and…read moreoutgoing packages and mail. Many sent items and expected items have been lost or stolen. Even certified mail or return receipt mail goes missing frequently. Seems that USPS only really cares about your package if you use the more expensive priority mail. Even then with the tracked priority mail, I have had packages go missing. Unfortunately, if you have to ship to a PO Box then you HAVE to use the USPS. In those cases, I always use Priority Mail. UPS has a better record than USPS but still mistreats and loses packages. I have had the BEST success with FedEx. I have only ever had one package lost. According to FedEx it is still circling Nashville. When using FedEx I have the best service and experience when I go to the corporate ship point on Nichols Drive. This is where the packages go to anyway, so I go straight here instead of the FedEx Kinkos locations. I have had a MUCH better experience at Nichols Drive than ANY FedEx Kinkos location. Paulina is a consistently excellent employee at this location who always provides excellent customer service. I use the cheapest ground option and allow plenty of time for shipping when I can to save money.

I call the 800 go FedEx over 20x and issue is never resolved and cases closed. I called into this location and expected a call back as promised. No call back. It seems like nobody cares with this company.
