The staff here are very personable and professional. I believe it's a family business and as such it seems that attention to detail is a top priority. The grounds and buildings are clean, in good repair, and the temperature control is maintained well. I would highly recommend this storage if you love being harassed! Since day one the manager had gone out of her way to make sure I felt thoroughly unwelcome, as far as bringing another male tenant along to apparently beat me up or something, idk, just for forgetting to put in my code.. and in my first week. She has made an attempt to belittle me for not getting out of my car right away, literally two minutes. And in this last instance, had the gall to come up to my storage after just over a half hour of organizing, and tell me I've been there too long.. which, btw, is the longest I've ever been there. This is probably the most expensive storage around, and by far the winner of who hates their job the most! Any other storage would be a better option. Any read more

This storage facility is by far the best facility around. If you're looking for cleanliness and security then this is were you need to be. I have had multiple units here over the years and I've enjoyed seeing the facility being well cared for by the amazing staff. Diane was very helpful and friendly, they offer a free truck on move-in, and the place is clean and well kept. They only had upstairs units available which required a lot of extra work. Otherwise, I'd give them the 5th star read more

This is an excellent self storage facility. Clean, no leaking roofs, great access hours, and the owners and managers are very nice.
