Apartments come with electric, AC, cable access, and it's right on a main bus route. Distance to Umass is about 3 miles. The units are usually two story and no one lives above you. It i generally a quiet place and is family oriented. The service here is very good but don't bring your pets as they are prohibited by the animal police. Our unit was in the back and on the end. Parking was easy either in the back or front. We lived here for two years before we moved and never had any real problems.

UMASS should NOT be including any of his properties in their off-campus housing listings given this behavior and history of complaints against him.
