One of our biggest challenges we faced was the responsibility to sell the family home. We live in Northern Arizona, and our parents home was in the West Valley ( Westbrook Village) Jen Johansen was recommended by our neighbor who knew Jen. He signed off that repairs were completed before closing. When I arrived, it was obvious that the water heater still didn't function and the new garage door was broken. He referred me to the plumber who wanted to charge me $598 to complete the repair (and possibly more work needed). I asked if he would contribute $500 to additional repairs since the 3 of us missed this at closing. It wasn't the money, just for good will as he clearly sold me a house and failed to fix items he agreed to in the contract. I was surprised he didn't agree to this as he asked me to change closing date to after 2024 because he needed a tax break for selling too many homes in 2024. Client satisfaction is not a priority to him. Also, do not use Integrity Plus Plumbing.

I contacted my agent in IL and she connected me with Franzi Rothe. Franzi called me on the phone and within hours had 6 houses for me to look at. Franzi is very kind, unassuming, down to earth and approachable person.
