The food was authentic and very delicious, top Mexican food I've had. The margaritas were amazing, and they did not pour light! Service was excellent, our waiter was attentive. Surprised this place wasn't packed

    Steak and shrimp burrito

I ordered the steak and shrimp burrito this time through DoorDash and it did not disappoint. This burrito is absolutely massive and packed with flavor. The steak and shrimp were seasoned well and they didn't skimp on the fillings. I ordered it without beans yet it was still incredibly hefty and satisfying. I really like Linda Patria and I'd definitely recommend this burrito to anyone looking for a delicious, filling meal.

We ordered 2 ground beef enchilada dinners for delivery. Bevause we had to pay extra for out of area delivery, with tip, taxes, and fees it was $91. Pros: The enchiladas were tasty, the salsa was the bomb - spicy like I like it, and even the chips were good. The refried beans and Spanish rice were good as well. Everything was fresh, and still reasonably warm. What could have been better? We ordered red sauce but received green, and there was very little meat in the enchiladas. Minus 1 star for these faux pas. I would definitely do it again!

I did not dine in so I can't speak on the ambiance inside but the food is 10/10. These were some of the most authentic tasting quesabirrias I've had in a while. Can't wait to go back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior had a very family feel with a traditional Mexican flare.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decent bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly and attentive customer service with a very obvious intent to please. Great beverage selection to choose from. Menu had plenty of options, but not overwhelming. The food came out at a good pace considering it was a Sunday afternoon and we were behind a big crowd. Food was absolutely epic. This oils my third visit and was pleased more each time I have gone.

    Machacas, so good!

I may have a new favorite local restaurant! This really says something as Vallejo is FILLED with great mexican options, but we really, really loved everything about Linda Patria. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was great, food was fantastic, and the vibe of the place was awesome inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I especially love that they have machacas which is my fav thing for mexican breakfasts!

Newish restaurant in town! Opened a few months ago, but randomly checked Yelp and stumbled upon it. I went for a lunch special where I got an enchilada, soft taco, beans and rice for less than $20. Service was fast and efficient. They had a wide range of food selections that I appreciate it. My enchilada was so flavorful and the meat wasn't dried out either. They did not skimp on the filling in which I know a lot of places do. This was hefty and you can notice how stuffed it was. My taco was simple, but I liked how the tortilla actually held up. No need for a double stack of tortilla. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor is pretty similar to what the previous restaurant was before so it's more on the nicer dining side.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will be returning and can't wait to try out what else I can get my hands on.

    5/7/25 FYI. Super burrito

What a roller coaster experience. Jump straight to "service" for an explanation of the roller coaster.. Quality/Quantity - Complimentary Chips - Good. I actually like the slight "kick" on the sauce. Wet Burrito - This was HUGE! Hope you can tell from my pictures. Good flavors. I also liked the fact that they gave me hot sauce on the side so I/we can control how hot or not we wanted. See below service comments also. Super Burrito - My daughter also enjoyed it. We both took half our burritos home. Again, they were HUGE! Atmosphere - Small local business. Indoor and outdoor seating. Clean open kitchen Small private parking lot. The restrooms had an unusual smell... Paper towel dispenser did not work, but there was another small roll on the counter. Open 7 days a week from 9am or 10am to 8pm. Service - Drove into the private parking lot = Happy. Really appreciated safe and private parking lots to minimize auto break ins. Walked in and stood behind the "Please wait to be seated" sign and was greeted with a "WAIT." No please, nor I will be right with you... Okay, so we waited and waited. No big deal. Sat down as the 4th customer/party (4th table, approximately 10 people total in the restaurant) - Okay, maybe he just could not handle the 3-4 tables?!?! No problem... I watched as he was "running" around working hard. I felt a little better as I am understanding and compassionate. After ordering and getting our food, he flew by us 4 times and checked on us, thanks. Got us extra salsa for the chips, thanks. The food came out reasonably fast and of very good quality. Even gave me hot sauce on the side, thank you. Then the check came (and if you are following, I have had to resort to checking all my receipts as discrepancies happen now more often than not...). Sadly, I got overcharged $1. He tried to explain to me that I saw the wrong price on the menu, that there was extra cheese and... He then walked over to the menu and realized that the price on the menu was $15.99. Flipped a few pages over to show me the "Prices subject to change" sticker. Now I'm ready to just leave. If you would have just told me that my order was going to be $16.99 when I ordered, all of the above could have been avoided, and I would have still ordered what I wanted. But I do not appreciate the "bait and switch." Price - $35 + 15% tip. I did not want to "punish" the employee for the owner's pricing differences. Well I actually usually tip more than 15%, so maybe he could have handled our exit better. Owner Comment - Please invest the $$ on your menus to have the CORRECT prices. I will probably not be back as this left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended.

Clean, spacious restaurant. Super friendly, efficient waitress & chef/cook. Service was perfect. Food was hot and good. For me, their salsa was the star. Price was a little high for the area, but worth it.

you guyssss i loved this place. they messed up my order and gave me green instead of red but it worked out great because we got to try one red chilaquiles and one green. they were both soooo good. the salsa had a bit of spice but wasn't overwhelming. the eggs were seriously cooked so perfectly. the rice had great flavor and wasn't too dry. the beans were also really good. the meat was so great. i love carnitas and it was delicious from here. everything was so good. the horchata was homemade and not from a packet which is always the best sign. the food is never good when the horchata isn't homemade.

Freshly made corn tortillas, Try them with a dab of butter.

We have a lot of really good Mexican restaurants in town, but Linda Patria is edging out all of the others. I've had their beef fajitas, which is a dish I never order, and they were surprisingly delicious. My favorite is their machaca con huevo for breakfast. The machaca is a little juicier than most and their beans and rice are both tasty. They ALSO make their own corn tortillas, and I highly suggest slathering a little butter on them. Basically, order anything that comes with tortillas and you will be really happy. YUM! Service is always excellent. Chips are fresh. Interior is nice. Parking in their own small lot.

Chile verde plate is great, with yummy margaritas!

As our organizer mentioned, they were fully booked that night so do reserve early. Warm earthy tones in the decor made for a comfortable, inviting atmosphere and the light jazz ensemble and lovely vocal performances elevated the evening's experience. The ambiance is a strong point. Being a paella newbie, I definitely looked forward to tasting a version especially after watching cooking shows over the years. The saffron broth rice nicely counterbalanced the seasoned shrimp, sausage and other ingredients. Thumbs up. I had several portions. The tempura cauliflower - good. KR Enchiladas were cheesey and rich, plumply filled, and the accompanied rice accented with corn. Since we shared the three enchiladas, my small piece was enough for me. Suggest passing on the sourdough side that came with the paella. The bread had melted, but cooled cheese on it and there was not much free broth in the paella to soak therewith anyway. With water being the group's primary beverage, perhaps request a carafe of water at the table to ease the thirstier folks (me). Our wait person gave helpful suggestions and efficient service. The rest of the staff had hustle. As normal with live music, be prepared to raise your voice and repeat yourself in conversations. Parking is ample, with a short walk, in this Nob Hill Foods shopping center.

The main reason I never went before was the parking situation, which honestly can be a little challenging, but for this visit we found parking down the block and around the corner. The short walk after dinner ended up being nice anyway. We had reservations, although we did wait about 15 extra minutes while another party finished their meal. My family member pointed out they were enjoying drinks, so that probably added some time. The waiter was very friendly, attentive, and clearly trying to get us seated as quickly as possible. Water was brought to the table right away, and our drink order was taken promptly. I ordered the chicken salad and was pleasantly surprised to learn the mango vinaigrette dressing did not contain oils, since I personally avoid seed oils. The salad was fresh and delicious. Some of my family members ordered the buffet, which looked incredible. At first it seemed like too much food for me that day, but once I saw everything included, I started thinking maybe I should have ordered it too since it was only about seven dollars more. They brought complimentary chips, guacamole, and salsa to the table, and everything was so flavorful. The guacamole was especially delicious, and they happily refilled the chips several times. I finally understood why the restaurant is called "Los Moles" because their mole sauces are outstanding. I got to try some from my son's plate, and it definitely made me want to come back and explore more of the different mole options. They also offer vegetarian choices, which is great. Although I am very particular about cooking surfaces, my food is cooked on and in, the Mexican coffee which was heated in some type of who knows what metal, had a good flavor. It inspired me to re-create it at home. Another standout for me was the freshly made corn tortillas served with the meals. They were soft, warm, and incredibly good. I also tried the beans, which were full of flavor. Overall, this restaurant really stood out in my memory, and I definitely want to return someday to try more moles.
