I'm happy to say that customer service took the time to respond, listen to my concern, and ultimately helped resolve the situation. I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism in addressing an issue that I had been trying to resolve. I do wish the store manager had taken the initiative to address the situation when she first responded to my review instead of leaving me to escalate it myself. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. I'm glad that, after escalating the matter, I was finally able to get it resolved.

Today there was a hint of savory garlic on the pastry, and that added a nice flavor accent. Today's sweet pastry was an open-faced tart filled with a smooth, light chocolate base, topped with creamy custard, and then sliced pears on top. Mmm. I like the choice of pears offering a hint of the autumn season ahead. The last time we had out of town guests staying with us, we took my them to Le Herisson one morning.
