I have been taking my dogs to Linda's for about 10 years now...I can't say enough about the friendly and courteous treatment I have received when taking my furry friends to be groomed. My first dog Drew I found on the streets while working as a traveling therapist and he was all matted and had some fleas and was a little traumatized when I first brought him to Linda's...after that every time he went there he practically lept out of the truck to go see his friends at Linda's, tail wagging and so happy to be there. I now have Rocky who is an adoptee from the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem and he is very "skittish" and nervous. Linda and her co-workers have given him lots of TLC and he goes there now with his friend Boo-ka. Boo-ka has a heart condition and Linda is always so helpful in scheduling his groom so he is not there very long and always does such a nice job on his Schipperkee fur!! I can't say enough about Linda and all her co-workers, I don't have children so my dogs are family to me and I have always had such wonderful service there and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place to groom their cats or dogs. read more

I've been taking my dogs to Linda's for 8 or 9 years now, maybe more I bad with time passage. She's always done a phenomenal job, and I have long, thick haired collies which take a lot of work. I recently took my dog Dufus there as his feet where looking like a Clydesdale and with just a call, she took me in that morning...and they had already been to the beach I might add. Talk about accommodating! Anyhoo...attempting to clean house this morning, and Annie (the high-strung one) was underfoot, and was well overdue for a grooming...I called at 10:45, and they took me in right away, OMG! I've received so many compliments in the last two weeks on Dufus, I felt like poor Annie was an orphan, so off she went. I cannot speak highly enough about the the great job they do here, the fab bandannas they get each visit, and Annie get's little ribbons in her hair...god bless them for making my pups look so fab! We cannot say enough great things about Linda's Critter Corral - our American Longhair just loves getting primped and preened at the hands of these fabulous and caring folks! We highly recommend this friendly and talented group :) Before we found Linda's, we had a very difficult time trying to find a groomer who would not only work with cats, but who had a reputation for treating their furry (and human) customers with expert care and kindness. We started going to Linda's based on their Best of Boston awards, and great online reviews - and we are now thrilled and loyal customers :) The groomers are very thorough, explain options, and the pricing is definitely great. Our sweetheart comes home smelling and looking beautiful, and prances about the house showing her gorgeous little self off. I always look forward to my trips to Linda's. For starters, when I pulled up on my first visit, there was a sign outside welcoming my dog, along with the other dogs of the day. This is such a simple thing to do, but it makes you walk into the business with a smile on your face, feeling welcomed, and you know that the staff cares about you coming for a visit. The staff obviously loves the animals very much and they take pride in what they do. The prices are very reasonable and the staff has been very accommodating on last minute scheduling changes. My dog, who loves to get nice a dirty, is always eager to go into Linda's, and always comes out looking great and happy...bows and all! I would recommend this business to everyone. read more

In 1998 I started taking my English Bulldog Emily to Linda's and was delighted with their services. The prices were very affordable back then and are still to this day. After Emily passed I bought a Sato named Ginger in 2004 and continued taking my dog to be groomed there. I have another dog Caesar and both he and Ginger actually enjoy getting groomed. This is the only groomer that I can take Ginger to and she does not panic. The folks, including the owner have all groomed my dogs here and I am satisfied every single time. I can look through a window while my dogs are being groomed and I have not witnessed either dog getting stressed out. I have been taking my two shihpoos to Linda's for about 2 years now and they are awesome. We moved back to Lynn from out of state about 2 years ago and I was worried we wouldn't find a good groomer. We had some not so pleasant experiences with the big chain stores which made one of our babies very nervous of groomers especially after having his paws nicked while untrained teens cut his nails. Linda's has been patient and they always tell me how my babies did during their groom. Their customer service is excellent and not to mention my furbabies look fantastic every single time. I love Linda's the staff is amazing and they know how to work well with anxious dogs and cats. I have been bringing my cat there for 13 years and when I adopted my Miniature Doberman Pincher Precious about 4 years ago I started bringing her in and she was very anxious and the team at Lindas new exactly how to handle her. They knew how to calm her down. They are amazing my children tooth pasted my cat one day and they saw him right away even though it was short notice they got him in. They took care of him (got rid of hair and toothpaste lol). He looked like a lion my kids thought we had gotten a new cat. I recommend Linda's Critter Corral to everyone. read more

I have to say Lindas Critter Corral is amazing!! In the past I have taken my pup to other facilities that usually leave darby in rare form; I have to then get cream for areas that were trimmed to close or just caused by irritation! I heard about Lindas Critter Corral from a Co-Worker and thought I would give it a try. I will say this is one of the best facilities ive been to in a long time everyone was friendly and welcoming made sure I was comfortable leaving darby..and lets just say no irritation! if you're looking for a great groomer i suggest Lindas :) read more

I have 3 Cocker Spaniels that have been coming to Linda and her crew since they were 8 weeks old, they are 6 now. I would never consider anyone else to groom my "furkids". Not only are these girls great with my babies, Linda makes every effort to accommodate getting all 3 in at the same time. One of my pups is temperamental and they work great with him despite his moodiness. They are wonderful,caring and pricing is very fair! My pups are always very happy when they are brought out and they love their trip to the "spa". They always look and smell great.!! read more

I used to bring my other cat here but she had since passed away and i now have my new kitty Sabrina. I brought her in to have a lion clip done and they did a great job, she looks adorable and i love how they left little booties around the feet area. The staff is very friendly and they listened to what type of hair cut i wanted. I'm kind of a picky person and love my cat and felt as ease with this place. Just had to let everyone know if you want your pets to look beautiful this is the place to take them. I have 2 Pekingese sisters that have very different fur. One is straight and thin the other is thick and a little curley. They were very overgrown when I dropped them off . When I went to get them they were perfect. My dog Teddy has been going to Linda's for 3 years now. They do such a terrific job clipping and grooming him, he always looks as cute as a button and smells so good. They have even been able to help with his dry skin. My other dog Koki has been a customer for 13 years, he always looks and smells so good. My dog is very special to our family and I will only have her groomed at Linda's Critter Corral. I actually travel 30 mins back and forth because I have complete faith in Linda and her staff. They are always professional and my dog always looks adorable and she is cleaned impeccably. She is a Cairn Terrier so her fur is quite coarse but they comb and groom until her coat is silky and soft. I highly recommend Linda and company! read more

Linda's Critter Corral is terrific. On my first visit my dog Sassy was welcomed on the sign out front. They do a fantastic job. Ever since I switched from Pet Smart groomers to Linda's Sassy is calm and at ease, beautifully groomed and there are no burns/cuts on her paws when I pick her up. I am now a permanent customer. excellent staff. Felt very comfortable leaving my dog sidney with this establishment. When i picked her up she was happy and not stressed like she gets from the other shop she used to go to. Grooming was top notch and she had an easter bonnet on which my wife had to take a picture of. Highly recommend this place. read more
