This was the first time I took my labradoodle here because the regular place we take her to was booked up. Not only does my dog look horrible, but they also cut her in 3 places. They never mentioned it or apologize when I picked her up. When I called the owner to address it she was very rude about it and took no responsibility. Then she said she couldn't hear me and hung up. If she really cared about her customers she would have offered some sort of resolution or given a sincere apology, it was more of a "too bad" attitude. I was very upset over the results and now I'm even more angry over the customer service. I would NEVER recommend going here. Barkingham Palace is where we usually take her and they do a WAY better job and have a much better customer service. read more

I have been a customer of Linda's for over 15 years. She is a pleasure to deal with and will go out of the way to accommodate last minute requests for an appointment, My first schnauzer went to Linda for 7 years and was my wife's love. She passed after a long illness and Lucky became my responsibility. Lucky passed and I was very much upset and in grief. Guess what? I got a bouquet of flowers and a beautiful card delivered to me from Linda. How caring Linda was and IS. I truly don't understand the two negative comments posted here about Linda. Took our dog here to get groomed with specific instructions. The owner Linda did not do as I asked, instead shaved my entire dog and she looks horrible! She also got nicked and was bleeding in 2 places! When my sister called to nicely explain what went wrong, Linda was EXTREMELY RUDE and offered us no resolution at all. We asked for a refund and she rudely said she's not refunding all of our money, she was extremely condescending, and then said she couldn't hear us and hung up on us! DON'T GO HERE, worst experience ever!!! read more

I finally found a doggie salon in the area that I love! My dogs both look great after being groomed today. I love that they give you a picture of your pup to go home with. From the little that I spoke with the groomers it seems like they really give back to the animal community as well. read more

I took my dog here a few months ago and will never be back. I didn't have an appointment but stopped in to see if they had time to trim her nails. She looked a little busy and literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she had time to do a nail trimming. She agreed to do it and took my dog back. I heard my dog cry out twice because she clipped her nails too short. I was about to tell her to just forget it but she was finished. My dog looked freaked out and scared. I was amazed to read the negative review. I have taken my dogs to Linda for many years. She is a big animal lover (all kinds) and the dogs always seem happy to go. She's very accommodating in scheduling appointments and working with my timeline. I took my dogs to Linda when I lived in the Malvern area and I now drive from Reading because I know the dogs will be happy. read more

Linda has been grooming my dogs for years now. With 6 Standard Poodles and an occasional foster dog from time to time, having a caring, kind groomer is incredibly important to me. I keep going back not only because of her patience and kindness to my dogs but to me as well. She is totally devoted to the health and welfare of the dogs in her care and I feel I have a true partner in maintaining the health and good looks of my dogs. I cannot say enough good things about her grooming skills. She has taken foster poodles who had not been groomed in years, dirty, matted dogs and the dogs I picked up after their grooming session looked as if they could be show dogs. Amazing! read more

I didn't even want to give this place 1 star. Like most pet owners, I'm pretty picky about who I go to about services.... I'm not too hard on the actual service level if the people I'm dealing with are super nice and seem to be great toward animals. This place has zero customer service. The first time I went in there, the lady greeted me as if I was an inconvenience and seemed annoyed at some of my questions (which as a customer, I feel I am entitled to if it's my first time there). I continued to press on and tried to be friendly, but it didn't seem to crack this lady. She has this air of arrogance and acts like her place is better than any other business in the area. News flash, people: doesn't matter how nice your facility is. If you're a jerk to people, they will not return. That said, I prefer to not deal with such rude people, BUT I thought it may have been a off day, so just today I gave them a call to try and schedule another appointment, but I had some time conflicts that I was hoping to work together with this place on and see if they'd help me out. But nope. Not even a suggestion or recommendation or any inkling of wanting to help. If you just aren't able to help your customer in what they need, that's fine, but there is a clear difference in speaking to someone who can't help you but genuinely wants to, and someone who is not even trying because they could care less. This business is the latter of the 2 and after today, I'm convinced I will never be going back here or recommending anyone EVER. And I spend a TON of money on my 2 dogs and have a lot of friends in this industry, as I've worked for a veterinary distributor in the past. Such a disappointment. I really wanted to like this place. Linda, if you're reading this, you need some training on customer service for the sake of your business. Be sure to not take this review lightly. read more
