Leah started there working the after school program fresh out of high school when our oldest started there and is still there today which was a pleasant surprise when enrolling our Logan last fall. Telling sign that they are good to their employees and the families they serve.

The pressurized air play area were my son's favorites and he loved spinning around in the hidden swing. The older kids were playing on the lower obstacle course fit a while and the parents were loving the slides and the interactive "strike out" screen in the ball pit. The Adventurous Playground has something for everyone. We came for a birthday party and watched kids 1-10 have fun for a few hours without losing any steam. There is a ton of variety and the staff are great about keeping an eye on everyone. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the whole place from the bathrooms, the party area, the stuffed toy wall, the clean up and the staff. They also have a professional cleaning team that came in before and after every group which every mom there commented on. It was SO CLEAN and we all know that is not always the case! They were so helpful for the party hosts. The owners and the staff all helped organize the gifts for the parents to get out, they helped with cleanup and had a whole process for setup and breakdown making it stress free for the parents. This is a family owned small business and you can see the care and attention to detail they have put in. I needed to determine whether a minor (who I am the guardian of) had visited this trampoline park on a specific date. I contacted the park on two separate days, and both employees independently confirmed that a waiver for my minor was on file. They even provided the same expiration month and year for the waiver. When I later visited the park to obtain a copy of that waiver, I was informed that the record could no longer be located. I was subsequently told that the software provider, ROLLER, had identified two recently deleted guest profiles. However, the park then stated there was no remaining data showing that my minor had ever been at the facility, despite employees having confirmed the existence of his waiver just days earlier. I cannot speak to how or why the record disappeared. I can only state that multiple employees confirmed the waiver existed, and shortly thereafter the associated record could no longer be produced. Parents should be aware of this situation and consider whether the facility's record retention and data management practices meet their expectations. zero stars
