Plus, They ALWAYS have TONS of flip-flops, (since I always buy a ton before summer), which I greatly appreciate (!!!!!!), and they always have great deals on shirts, jacket, pants, and other useful clothing for every season. The staff here, are pretty good.... besides the managers (who I both know, since they both used to work at Staples..... one worked at the Norwood Staples and one at the Dedham Staples, who were both ok...), but the rest of the cashiers and fitting room workers are very friendly and helpful. -1 star for issue with one of the store managers: I spoke with her in the store and on the phone recently, about the store address..... on the storefront the sign reads "86 Providence Highway", which is the correct address for this store. On oldnavy.com, this store's address is stated as "90 Providence Highway Route 1", which is incorrect. This needs to be fixed ASAP, and the manager hopefully will fix it!

Was interested in consigning... both times, speaking with her over the phone to get an idea of what she was looking for; and when I brought in some things, She never stopped talking! And I mean she NEVER STOPPED TALKING. After the phone conversation, I thought.... will she be accommodating and be a person that could work well with my things on consignment...? I decide to give it a try. When I went to drop off, the motor mouth started again and did not stop until she scrutinized the clothing, accessory and shoes. When I managed to get a word in edgewise, she repeated the same thing over and over, like I was stupid and didn't either understand or hear her the firs 5 times she said it. I agreed to consign, believing the clothing etc. would be on the selling floor either that day or next. After a week, I thought it might be a good thing to check to see if anything sold. When I arrived, she was deep in conversation with a "looky loo".... I asked about the things and immediately she went into a tirade saying that she told me the things would not be out on the selling floor either bcoz they were spring..... huh? Why would I consign and leave my possessions over to her to be put " wherever she wanted"....? And not to be sold on the selling floor???? Either she's completely crazy or she took me a fool... When I asked why she didn't tell me this... she raised her voice, became belligerent and kept repeating " they're spring items, they are spring things....over and over". When I saw and heard her attitude with me, I raised my voice also and said why would I leave my things with you and not be out for possible sale/s. She did not appreciate me questioning her, bcoz she's such a controlling individual so I asked for all my things back immediately. Upon leaving her overstocked, cluttered, messy environmen, and a poor excuse for a consignment shop, I let her know she's a rude, insulting, nasty person who obviously feels the deep need to act obnoxious... toward a "potential client" ! So glad I did not give her any of my business... I have consigned before... many times in the neighborhoods of Needham, Norwell and Brookline. Most of the businesses are on the first floor, while there are other businesses (like photography and music recording rooms) on upper floors. There's also a music lounge, though I haven't been. And hey, if you can't find anything here, or if you have kids that are fussy, there's Hometown Arcade for old school (and some newer) arcade and video games. (Not really public transportation friendly, though there's a commuter rail station about a 20 minute walk away)

I have been a customer for about 4-5 years and spend about 10k a year on bikes from Various stores. A group of us give bikes to local kids that can't afford them. During my visit i needed to purchase some parts for a few of the SE bikes i recently bought. We bought 8 SE bikes for local kids. I usually change the free wheels out along with the pedals. When i entered the store a Landry team member approached the counter and slammed his yellow water tumbler down and looked at me. I was already discussing what i needed with a young lady and this gentleman over heard what i was saying and began to say how much he disliked the 29" bikes and the people who rode them. He also stated that he sees them riding in front of cars and essentially can't wait till "they are all gone". He appeared to be very upset with me for asking about the SE bikes and parts i could buy. He continued to say that the roads will be better once all "them are gone". Almost indicating that he's ok with the people that ride the 29's should get hit. He discussed the bikes weaving in and out of cars and increasing the chances of getting hit. He essentially lumped every bike rider in one group. Btw i can't do wheelies and i don't ride in front of cars. That was enough for me and i started my walk out the door. There was another customer that glanced over at me and was perplexed as i was. With that said i will never step foot in a Landrys bike shop again. If this is the type of team members you want to hire and represent your company, good luck with your business. But you will never see another dime from myself or my organizations. PS i am a local business owner and i would never allow a team member to work for me who has this type of opinion about riders and bike owners.

Included in that price was a "ride ready" tune-up for $200. The completed bike was not ride ready and showed no attention to detail or competence with the repair. The rear axel was not fully seated in the frame; the brake pads were not aligned with the rims; reflectors hung loose without screws; tire pressures were 20 + 27 psi. None of these examples demonstrate a product that is "ride ready." I completed the repairs myself which was annoying since I had just paid someone else to do it.

I check in there about once a month now and must times I leave empty handed. The vinyl section is still robust but ever since records starting making a comeback the prices have jumped outlandishly. I see records for sale there that I bought for half the price. The CD section seems to be dwindling down which is depressing for me to see. There used to be a large shelf filled with box sets that has disappeared. The prices for new CDs have also jumped substantially, which is odd for a format that has become dormant. Years ago it was a 5 star store but now it's a 3 for me personally.
