I reached out to Irene (owner) about registering my child in her daycare because my child's previous school was pretty far from my house and I wanted to free up my driving time. She was agreeable and the daycare felt like a small family so overall I left with a good impression. The first day that my child ( 2 years old , almost three) was there , I get a call at 12 pm because he refused to nap, was "hyper" and was "jumping on the sleeping bags" they set out. Mind you , this is his first day in a new environment. She asked if I could pick him up. I complied and grabbed him because I didnt know what else to do .. I had never had a daycare request this. The second day , I get a call at 11 am that my child was "going up the slide wrong way" and that he got on top of a child chair and tried to jump from it and got hurt.. could I pick him up ? By this point , I started to think that this daycare wasnt equipped to deal with toddler behavior. They weren't willing to assist him in acclimating to the school in anyway and were quick to disrupt my workday for situations they should have been able to resolve with a little patience. By the third day , they told me that they had to hire extra help to have my child in the class and that they didnt feel it was the right place for him (only five kids in the class). When i asked why , they said he was too hyper. They gave me two weeks to find a new daycare. Simultaneously, they kept telling me daily that "he was doing so much better" and no incident was ever recorded ( he wasnt biting , hitting, being aggressive, breaking things etc). Everytime I went to pick him up he was playing with a puzzle ( quietly) or playing normally in the playground. Obviously I became distraught over this experience because I work and needed reliable child care and also because she was insinuating my child had some sort of condition for which he needed extra assistance. I took him to the pediatrician , who evaluated him and confirmed that there was absolutely nothing I needed to worry about and that it was all normal toddler behavior. I then noticed that there was a clear shortage of teachers in the schools and that the teacher in my school app was not the same one in my child's classroom ( honestly I am almost positive she was an aid and not a teacher). Overall , if you are considering this daycare , I suggest you do a trial run to see if your kid meets the owners expectations of the owner and I encourage you to reconsider if reliable child care is needed.

They not only made me feel safe, but also comfortable with everything that goes along with leaving your child in others hands when you have to work...! They not only care about my concerns and baby's well-being they are an awesome team and family that understands love and compassion for my daughter and my family. All the teachers made my daughter feel good about going to school. Honestly my husband has nothing but great things to say and my daughter's social skills are really really good mind you she's an only child and besides day care, she's rarely ever around other children. I've gotten so many compliments on my daughters behavior towards others and they have helped her feel safe, loveable and trusting. She is so good and kind with other children and I truly believe it's because of LoveNCare. I wish my daughter could have stayed for another year since she just turned 3 but we moved far away but this place will forever hold my heart. Everyone is so loving, respectful, and caring of the parents and children that it truly has a family feel to it. It makes us feel so at ease knowing that our son spends so much of his time there. We know that he is surrounded by other adults that love him. Unlike other daycares we visited in the area, the staff at KAP has been around a long long time; an indication of a happy place to be. This is especially important for parents and their kids as a strong bond is required with caregivers. He has also flourished in language, motor skills, and manners/respect. He is one smart little boy and communicates so well! We know this is largely in part to the attentiveness of the teachers and the activities they all do with the kids. Not once have I ever walked in and seen the kids unattended or any teachers on their phones. Not one single time. I am so happy and thankful to have found this spot and actually have 3 friends who enrolled their kids in the school as well, and also love it. The teachers, owner and staff are wonderful, and I have never had any issues; actually they have always gone above and beyond to help me. Their hours are very convenient, 6:30-6:30. It's always hard to leave your little ones when you have to work, and knowing that the people who are with your kids genuinely care makes a huge difference, you can be at peace.

His life will forever be better because of the time spent with them. They are perfect in every way; we didn't want to leave them. Daily, Dominic would show us something he learned at school, and we would be amazed how early on he knew his numbers, colors, the entire alphabet, and even the days of the week. I imagine at 20 months these are accomplishments and it's all due to Vanessa and Vivian. To any parent reading this, make sure you get Vanessa for your child. Almost more important that the education they provided, was hearing my son on the entire drive in say "Nessa" and I miss "Nessa" will forever be priceless. Dominic would run from the car right into the classroom and jump in Vanessa arms. It was magical the connection she had with him. She loves Dominic and Dominic adores her. Vanessa will never know just how truly amazing she is. Dropping off my son could have been nerve racking for a parent, but not with Vanessa. My son looked forward to seeing her every day. My wife picks up Dominic would often mention how amazing Vivian is. Now Dominic has moved up in a classroom but Vivian still sneaks out of her room to say bye to him every day. It is really sad to move away from Vanessa and Vivian, I couldn't imagine better people to spend so much with my boy. Thank you both a million times, we will forever be thankful for you two!

Cant say enough about how good they are with these kiddos. Security here is great and the activities are engaging and exciting for the kids.
