I would pick another steak place if I was you. I guess on a positive note. The restaurant was fairly clean so I guess the score of an 81 had everything to do with the kitchen.

Linda's Place is an American tradition! What a great and affordable menu! So much to choose from! Next time I'm in the area I'm stopping by to have the homemade biscuits and gravy! Btw. I want to give the owner Linda a shout out for operating such a wonderful biz! Reminds me of a quote from one of my favorite authors. Thom Hartmann. After another 15 minutes of waiting she told my girl she would personally go and make sure the order was properly prepared. The order finally arrived, everyone else in the group had finished eating. The food was good. But the management and service suck. When we spoke with the owner about the issue, she said okay I'll give you 50% off. When a quality restaurant would have made it a free meal and offered 50% off the next time we came. (Which at this point would be never) When the bills were processed there was an automatic gratuity added to the total. There was never any mention of this when we were placing the orders. The owner told us that she wasn't aware of the process. Again if the owner doesn't know how her business is being operated, major issues will always be conic. Bottom line - food was good service and atmosphere of the place is very unpleasant. We will never return or offer advice for others to do the same.
