This clinic offers people a free booster shot with good reviews so I would be very wary of what you read here. I joined for the "medical" support you are supposed to receive. That to me was worth the high $.. but that's not what you get. The program is not individually tailored. It is a one size fits all diet and the only thing that is customized is your macros based on your height and weight that you can get from any diet app. The diet is essentially a high protein, low carb, low fat diet. They tought keto food and keto supplements, however, when you ask them why you can't eat higher good fats, like what the keto diet calls for, nobody can answer the question. I was never able to fully understand the program and the nurses would always just try to get you to buy their incredibly overpriced , highly processed foods which was so counterproductive to why you are there. They would prefer you live off their disgusting , chemical ridden products then eat whole foods. They dont prepare you for a full lifestyle change- they tell you not to eat out which is not realistic. I was hoping this program would give you tips and knowledge on how to change your habits in a realistic and sustainable way - but they want you to stay in your home and eat disgusting, highly processed, incredibly expensive foods and come in and get B12 shots everyday for thousands of dollars a year. I now remember why I stopped going to go to this place. When most clients use their lunch break to weight in or pick up products, Lindora Corp. puts their staff before paying clients! After placing my order ($215.60) for product over the phone with Jasmine, then arranging to pick up the following day, She fails to tell me -BTW. Don't come during your lunch break because we're closed so that we can enjoy our lunch. So I skip my lunch and drive all the way there to pick up my prepaid product, and pay for parking then climb 4 flights of stairs only to be faced with a sign on their door "Closed for lunch!"! Outrageous! Lindora corporate doesn't consider PAYING CLIENTS time! I guess they expect us to get off of a long days work, drive their ti weight in or pick up product, then go home and start dinner at 7 PM so that their employees all have the convenience of taking a break! Either the managers should schedule accordingly, or step in during that window of time and allow clients to take full advantage of the program! In closing after the frustrating ordeal, as soon as I was confronted with a sign on the door, I immediately called their office leaving a voice message since nobody's there to pick up- I left a message telling them "to refund my credit card I was no longer interested in the product.". Never heard back fro ANYONE. I called today (three days later) to only be told "sorry there are no refunds". Mind you I never received the product! The feeling I got from the very first appointment is that Lindora makes most of their money processing insurance related customers so you get treated like a number not like a person. This was the feeling that I had all the way through the process when I came back from my second appointment to sign up ,all they were interested with was my signature and credit card numbers so they can complete the forms. I had additional questions which I was forced to answer out in the lobby with people walking in and out while trying to talk to the representative over a blaring radio that they keep in the lobby. I eventually signed the forms and went back for a blood test which is the first stage of their program , after trying to get a blood sample sticking me five times with a needle it was at that time I established that this was not the diet plan for me. The good news is they refunded my money immediately, the bad news is I was really looking forward to working with Lindora to improve my weight issues , And I probably wouldn't be writing this if I was treated with a little more respect not like a piece of meat. read more

If you are are a house wife or retired, fine they are only open from 8 to 5pm if you work you can't get there sonw times they close early, their Staff is ancient, condescending, and treat you like a child. If you try to cancel your plan with in the first week after signing they will not let you out even if your Dr. Says you need to be let go to join a plan that you can go to. I've been locked to this terrible company for 12 months and have only been able to go twice, they are not for their clients they are only after your money. read more

Friendly, mostly supportive nurses. Good program, but pricey. However, the PA (Physician Assistant) does not make her patients a priority over patient safety and her lunch break. I had an appointment this morning, was running a bit late, so to be considerate, I called to say I was on the way. I was told she had back-to-back appointments. I said I would be there in less than 10 minutes. Just before I got to the clinic (at 1007 for a 1000 appt) I received a call from the PA saying she had to go over the "exam" over the phone, because there were so many appointments and if I wanted to continue with the program the exam had to be completed. I declined to do so for safety reasons, since I didn't want to have a discussion while driving. Clinic staff told me when I got there, that it was important for the PA to stay on time or she wouldn't be able to get her lunch break. I immediately signed the form to cancel my membership (but still have to pay the next 30 days as "notice") and will not return. I'm a nurse. When at work, my patients are my priority. If Lindora doesn't make their patients a priority, I decline to be a client. Who does an "exam" over the phone when a client is driving? Unsafe, Selfish, Unprofessional, inconsiderate. read more

Not accommodating at all! Horrible, horrible customer service! I had an appointment at 8:30 AM. I was told it was actually 8 AM. The fact that I drove nearly 20 miles through traffic to the clinic didn't factor in to their decision not to see me! I have a very tight schedule, so I can't be waiting around for long. I'm severely disappointed with the low level of customer service I received today! Time to sever ties with Lindora. Such a shame! I was a patient of theirs for nearly 8 years and I guess that means nothing to them! I would not recommend them to anyone! I wouldn't want to look bad to my friends. Having dropped by this office on a recommendation from a family member after hearing a radio advertisement for reduced price programs, I had no idea what to expect or if the program was worthwhile. Having gotten off work early one day, I stopped by to hear the pitch. Cheryl, the office manager, took at least an hour to discuss with me how the program works, the costs, requirements, etc. Since I needed to lose 200 lbs. and had already ruled out surgical options, as well as having found ways to not stick with Weight Watchers, I needed something more stringent, and this sounded like it just might be worth a shot! So, I signed up for the initial 10 week program (they have shorter programs too if you have less to lose). Having eaten out or consumed convenience foods for every meal of my life once I moved out of my parent's home, this was a real shock to my lifestyle. Combined with having to make daily visits to the clinic for weigh-in, food journaling/menu planning review, Vitamin B injections and counseling, it was very overwhelming. However, the results were immediately impressive and after 7 months, I lost over 100 lbs. and I am on my way to losing the other 100 lbs.! I love the nurses and the office staff who always know me by name and have given me great guidance and support. When I lost the 100 lbs., they sent me a handwritten congratulations postcard personally signed by all the nurses! Plus, they go to great lengths to decorate the office with before & after photos, for current sales, etc., so it is nice to see they have involvement in the office and aren't just there to collect a paycheck or be militants watching over your weight loss! After all, it is very personal to expose your weight/body measurements to strangers, let alone explain your challenges with food. It took only a week or two to get over the apprehension that these people were strangers before I really started enjoying going in to the center in the morning before work. I tend to go alittle later than most folks and rarely have to wait to be seen. However, I've heard that others who go when they open, may wait alittle longer, as it's not necessary for appointments for daily weigh-ins, just the initial lab work that you must do once a year and to see the physician who reviews the labs, approves you for the program and makes other recommendations when you first get started. Be sure to catch the weight loss programs when they are on sale, otherwise it's even more expensive on top of an expensive program, which I obviously feel is 100% worth it based on the results. You purchase your own food at the grocery store per a list that you select from to prepare a menu under the program guidelines. Some of the protein choices may be swapped out for their snacks, which you can purchase in the clinics and online. They go on sale regularly, so stock up on those items then, but be careful to know which ones are excluded, even though they are also proteins. It took me awhile to figure that out! They offer other supplements, as well. I recommend this highly to anyone serious about losing weight and need daily, detailed supervision (they will call you if you don't show up daily while on the program)!! Just realize that you have to be 100% committed and internalize that there are certain foods you cannot eat on the diet, many of which are everyone's favorites. However, with more education, thanks to Lindora's book you purchase and must read, I realize that this is the new normal and food will no longer be the focus of my life (even when I hit goal weight), nor will food be something that should be eaten without careful thought nor in irresponsible quantity. It took me about 6 months to adopt this, so don't fool yourself that this realization is immediate. The program may not be for everyone. I hope this transparency of an entrenched patient helps with your review of the program and whether it's for you and, if possible, visit the Orange location. read more
