They have helped me tremendously and I wish I knew about this place earlier when my back pain first began a few years ago. I do a range of treatments with them, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and even cupping. The staff is like family and the atmosphere there is so positive and kind and they make you feel like family. Every single one of them has contributed to my well being. My pain isn't fully gone but they help me get by week after week. Their kindness is enough to bring me back week after week. My appreciation extends also to DR Badday and Annette and the staff at the Irvine branch where I receive separate pain management treatment including steroid injections, and nerve ablations. Their office called me next day, and I was able to get immediate appointment. Dr, Roya was able to confirm the tear through her ultrasound machine. She provided me with informations for MRI imaging centers, orthopedic specialists, and guidance for future options to recovery. Thanks to Dr. Roya, I was able to get same day MRI appointment as well as immediate results. We went over the MRI results together, as well as discuss options of moving forward. I've been to 3 other doctors since and had imaging proving I do not have a leg length discrepancy. Not only did this waste my time in treating back pain and cost me money in buying expensive custom shoes but it also severely worsened my pain. Prior to seeing dr G I had my radiculopathy under control it's been 2 months since I saw him and it's still worse than when I saw him. I can't speak about his ability to do epidurals or nerve ablation but there are some unsettling reviews on here. TLDR Dr G should have had a full scanogram ( a special x ray done with rulers) done before telling me to push through the pain of shoe lifts but he didn't he is severely mistaken which is embarrassing as it's well known muscle guarding from a bulged disc can pull up a hip. A message to DR G please do some more research I know shoe lifts worked for you but everyone is different thanks for trying to think outside the box though I do appreciate that A message to a potential patient...get a second opinion!!! He took the time to find the right meds and really listen to how I was feeling in order to make the appropriate medication changes that basically helped me get to where I am now, which is like he gave me my life back. Dr Chang also does a variety of injections (trigger point and others) that significantly improved my ability to walk. I attribute that to his knowledge and doing the correct injections that are necessary for my individual pain issues. I am so blessed to have Dr Chang managing my pain. Staff is unprofessional and several are very rude. When you tell the doctor about one rude girl his reply is she's young, what do expect. I left a messsge regarding the girl, she says " I know you said that in a message , you said led to call you back. Do you have anything else to say?? It's documented!!!! Who needs rude staff when you go there for pain and get treated unprofessional behavior. First visit you tell doctor your whole scenario, he orders an MRI... when I came back you don't see the Doctor you see an assistant that doesn't pull up your chart and ask why your there, then says " tell me why your here" so we have to start all over.
