Breanna Caro, PA-C is the most compassionate person, medical provider you or will ever come across. The care and love that she has for her patients is definitely felt right when she walks in the exam room or calls you . It is difficult to come across someone as her , in her professional field. Breanna sets the bar high for medical professionals. I am blessed that she is mine. The front and back staff always go out of their way for their patients, too. It goes unnoticed when a team of medical staff does great for their patients and community. Even if they are understaffed, they still execute great care all around. Covid Pandemic really did a number on everyone, but the medical professionals, hospitals and offices really took a hit and tried to keep all of us safe. Let me tell you that TruCare was on top of it! Breanna is amazing. I came here in 2016 and found out I needed HRT. My life totally changed for the better after getting on bio identical HRT. In 2021 Dr Ahmed became my primary provider. She decided I didn't need HRT....it was devastating...especially coming from a female doctor. She said it was a gray area.....wtf? They were helping me. She is so helpful, goes above and beyond, and truly makes the process smooth. PA Robin is also amazing--compassionate, attentive, and caring in every interaction. The main doctor Ahmed is rude. Chose her because she was a woman but you can tell she hates her job and doesn't want to be there and minimizes/ dismisses my concerns. Even when saying the right thing she comes off condescending and her insincerity is clear. Front office and the doctor need more training on patient bedside manner and overall customer service. The office feels more like a used car dealership where they want to charge u for anything or sell u something u don't need like coolsculpting or a weight loss system that is just vitamins and fat burners. Will be looking for a new PC. If u come here try a PA named Bri she is more personable but she did completely forget about me once and left me in a room and never came back. read more

Every time I make an appointment they are always 30 minutes to an hour late. They have also had to reschedule my appointment 3 times now due to scheduling conflicts on their end, very unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed on how they treat their patients. read more

The other medical professionals are there for same day appointments for acute problems. Robin Fordham, PA, helped save my Mom's life when she had COVID in early 2021. I showed up for the walk in covid test and was instructed to just wait in my car in the lot in the back of the building. So, I backed my car in directly facing the place and watched as the nurses/assistants walked up to numerous cars on either side and in front of me to have them fill out documents. I figured these must be appointments which is why they were skipping over me. After waiting over an hour and watching them hand over documents and then conduct the tests, I got out and asked to make sure that these were indeed walk in tests. They confirmed that they were and asked me to park a couple spots over...? Don't know why, since they were helping cars that were parked further than me, but okay. After doing so, I waited another hour and the same exact thing happened, completely ignored until I got out once again and told them I had been waiting for over two hours and nobody had come up to my car. Keep in mind, my windshield isn't tinted or anything so it's not like they couldn't see me. Finally, after hearing this they gave me a paper to fill out and after they took it back, and I received my test maybe 15 minutes later. Please don't go here if you value your time at all. read more

Delete your shit off Groupon!!! Recently bought a Groupon for this place was super excited about the great deal even though all the one star reviews on Both their yelp and the Groupon made me hesitant... I should've known better and how those stars represent their lack of professionalism. Called right away after purchasing. I went ahead and called the office to make an appointment as the groupon suggests. What sounds like a highschooler girl answers the phone is all over the place stuttering not really sure what to tell me and then proceeds to tell me she needs to ask somebody else to help me make the appointment? She told me she'll give me a call back ASAP... two days later here I am now in nothing. Nice. Groupon understood me completely refunded me as soon as possible under the terms that merchant doesn't have availability. I tried to call you guys to make an appointment several times you need to take your shit off of Groupon if you can't offer it fucking false advertising. My mom lives in the area looking to do some cosmetic procedures when I told her I found this place on Groupon! Telling her to steer clear now! read more

I have been a patient at Trucare for about 8 years now. I will admit the office and staff have been through so many changes over the years. I've been frustrated, angry, and sometimes even baffled by the way things were being run. However, I wasn't going to give up on the amazing providers I have with this group. Bre and Robin are the two P.A.'s I see at Trucare. They have always been great when it comes to getting you the care you need. But then there was the issue with the right hand not talking to the left hand when it came to the operation of the office. Bre and Robin have always been proactive about me addressing routine/annual screening. Because of this, I am a breast cancer survivor. In addition to cancer, I have been addressing all sorts of health issues. Hematology, Urology, GI. BLAH BLAH BLAH...I'm getting old. Trucare referred me to great specialists. I have an amazing team of physicians all coordinated by Trucare. Then my insurance changed 12/1. Because I am in the middle of care with so many specialists, I had to get all new referrals. Something definitely changed in the operation of the office. Those girls were on it! I have an appointment with my Oncologist today and they got a referral literally overnight. Thank you to Arlene, Breanna, Yvette, and Jessica for being on this. You worked together as a team. That was the element missing previously. It seems like you have a better system now.
