I had a very disappointing experience at the NakedMD Rancho Cucamonga location. I was left waiting in the room for about 10 minutes, and the staff member who assisted me seemed rushed and disengaged. Due to extremely poor Wi-Fi, I couldn't access my confirmation email, and when I asked for the password, I was told it was at the front and she hasn't memorized it. I was using a gift certificate and asked for guidance based on my concerns, but received very little advice or direction. I've been getting Botox for years and usually receive 25 units with great results. This time I was advised to increase to 30 units (the most I've ever had), yet the injections felt minimal -- one per area. Now on day four, I see little to no improvement in my forehead or elevens, and only slight improvement around my eyes. Given the lack of results and poor communication, this was an unsatisfactory experience. The only positive was being offered water. After posting this I started reading other reviews and the complaints I have align with others experience. They are NOT giving the units you pay for or do not know they need to inject into the muscle . Who knows . read more

This would be 5 stars on the injector alone (wish I caught her name) but the initial consultation was not it. I'm a first timer with mainly a concern in my between my eyebrows above the nose. I know your thinking 11's but mine are more = as I scrunch my nose a lot. Anyhow when talking with the first girl she looked like she could care less to be there leaning on the wall and when I asked what do you recommend for me she said everything under the sun. I almost walked out when she left cuz I thought she would be doing the injections. She left me we an iPad and no directions and nothing to sign except sign-in which I already did ... Thankfully the actual injector came in and she asked if I had any questions. I said, Yes everything, she giggled and apologized for the lack of information and consult. We walked through everything and looked in the mirror close up and she saw my concern and suggested a plan that included bunnies and slightly just above. She said forehead wasn't necessary unless I wanted to try it. I'm glad I didn't at the time, but willing to give it a go next time. Overall because of the professionalism of the injector it's a solid 5 but minus the one point for the initial consult. I felt this was a bait-and-switch type experience. I purchased the $249 full syringe Versa lip filler advertised online, but during the consultation I was encouraged to upgrade to a more expensive Kysse syringe. I declined and chose the Versa I had already paid for. I requested a natural look, but the results did not meet my expectations. The provider filled my cupid's bow and the area above my top lip, which created a puffy, protruding appearance above my lip line. At my two-week follow-up, I paid $300 for dissolver to correct the overfilled area. I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed and was told a different product had been suggested. I previously had positive experiences at the Chino Hills location, but this visit was disappointing. I would recommend others carefully research their options and fully understand pricing and correction policies before booking. She was super quick with the procedure and obviously didn't care to hear about anything we had to say or ask. I went in for a brow and lip flip and literally, a week went by and it was like I had nothing done- and I've had both done before (at Naked) and I've always been incredibly happy with my results. I came here on December 13 for dysport i got my forehead crows feet the masseters, Nefertiti lift basically my whole face. 1 week after nothing kicked in i had movement everywhere 2 week go by and its the same so i made another appointment for January 3 so they added 17 more units to see of that will work. 2 weeks went by and its barely made a difference. I guess I didn't learn the first time. I thought I'd give Naked another chance. Went in September to the Riverside location for Xeomin and noticed my forehead wasn't even close to frozen. Went back for touch up a few weeks later and it did nothing. I went again on 2/19 to this location, told me I needed 50 units of Botox (the most I've done since starting 3 years ago.. always done 30 at my other place) and there is still no change. I still have 11s, I can still move my forehead, and still have crows feet. They sold me "jelly roll" for the puffiness under the eyes and it's done nothing. So disappointing. Won't return and won't recommend. Referrals come from results and clearly I don't have the results any one would want. read more
