I've taken him to Zelda's twice now and they are thorough and quick, both times took only an hour or less for full bath and hair trim. I see how they treat the animals when I drop him off and pick him up (very very well), and Broc always comes home happy. I've heard some people complain they are expensive, but not compared to other pet grooming places, and sorry but I won't take Broc or any of my animals to a cheap place where they might do a cheap job and not be good to my sweetheart. I was embarrassed that I needed help, I've always trained my pups on my own in the past. But I really needed them this time and they came through like champs. I feel like they supported me as much as my dog. I struggled with the emotional side of my situation and they really helped me set my fears aside and trust the help they gave both me and my giant puppy. Now she is a year old and I still bring her in when I need help with her and she is always so welcome. They are a great resource.

I found the receptionist to be cold and unfriendly, the techs were ok, but I didn't encounter anyone that seemed to like working with small animals. The person working the front desk doesn't know how to count change and shorted me two dollars. Not a big deal, but could add up over time. I only paid cash to save the 3 percent charge for using a debit card. That didn't work well for me. Needless to say we won't be going back there.
