I was disappointed with the dozen roses I ordered for Valentines Day. They arrived in a haphazard arrangement of odd lengths and clearly no attempt had been made to create any semblance of symmetry or esthetic appeal. only after I did my own trimming and arranging was able to salvage a half way presentable arrangement. The advertised photo showed a much more elegant vase with other greenery to fill in the void space between the roses. What was delivered was a plain dozen roses of odd random lengths in an unattractive heavy vase and nothing else. read more

I stopped in on valentine's day to get my girlfriend a dozen loose red roses. The staff was very nice and helped me with my order. However, once I got home with the flowers, I noticed the roses were past-bloom and already starting to die. On top of this, several of the stems were broken at the halfway point and fall over in the vase. I paid $80 before tax for this these flowers and I wouldn't have paid more than $10 for them if I knew the quality. Although their location is perfect for those whom work downtown, you're better to go to any other shop around the metro for less money and fair better flowers. read more

The plant I bought has white, powdery bugs on it. Now the 3 plants I already have are getting the bugs too. Do not buy plants from Lindskoog Florist, they have bugs on them. Also the blonde woman who sold me the plant didn't bother to say hi to me when I walked in to the store. She was very frowny and seemed too rushed to care about me. TEN STARS. no, 100 stars! i called Lindskoog Florist in downtown Mimneapolis from out of town to handle the flowers for my moms memorial at big St Marks Cathedral. not having a clue where to start, not knowing the church, and being overwhelmed with making plans, Susie stepped like a shining star and led the way. after telling her the colors and with only a vague idea of what we wanted, she knew exactly what to suggest for our needs. she knew the church, she coordinated with our funeral provider, she was calm and supportive, she took care of EVERYthing.i pointed out a spray that my mom would have loved, and she matched everything else to it. the flowers for the service were spectacular, beautifully done and arranged perfectly. the small bouquets for the tables were classy and sweet and matched her theme. the single roses were stunning. the quality was far beyond expectation and we could not have been happier. if i could have i would have brought them home on the plane. i didn't want to leave them behind when i came home, they looked and felt like my mom and i know she loved them. we can't thank you enough Susie, your the BEST! read more

Yesterday I received a beautiful arrangement from Lindskoog (my first) and I was really impressed. My husband sent them to me and he usually sends Bachmans. I thought the arrangement was very on-trend plus the flowers seemed to be a better quality. A lot of the arrangements I've gotten from Bachmans have had wilty flowers, roses that don't open and flowers that die quickly. read more

A bit disappointed in the plant basket that was delivered to my daughter at work. One plant had a brown leaf that could have been cut off. The rest of the plants were in containers way to small and were root bound. She disassembled the basket and we repotted all the plants to try and help them survive. The cost of the basket was not worth what was received. read more

I wish I could give less stars to this business. This is the first negative review that I have ever given to any business. I live out of state and am a long time florist. A dear friends daughter is getting married in September of this year and I wanted to pay for her personal flowers as my gift to her which includes 4 bouquets, 6 wrist corsages and 11 boutonnière. My hope was to get an average price for the items she needs so I could gift her a check thus allowing her to come into to the shop and order what she wanted, but I have NEVER been treated so rudely. After explaining to a young lady who answered the phone what I was needing, she put me on hold and the owner came to the phone. Immediately he had an unfriendly unhelpful attitude. I told him who I was and what I was hoping to accomplish but he would not help me in any way. I gently and politely persisted but kept getting hit with his very condescending and rude attitude. I could not understand what the negativity was all about. He then abruptly told me he would not take this order because "he did not want to deal with a third party". I explained once again that he would not be dealing with me...that I was only paying for the flowers. I told him that once I know what things cost I will send a check to my friend and they will take it from there. Instead of this appeasing him his hostility continued by refusing to give me any pricing. I was so shocked I asked him what this upset was all about and he said" lady, I don't know who you are or what you want!". I don't know who he was afraid that I was.....but this is a normal question. I have been in the flowers business out of state for over 40 year and am asked these same questions multiple times per day! This is standard operating in the flower business. Bottom line: This is a shocking and disturbing way to treat your customers. I figured that I was going to need to spend about $700-900.00. not a shabby budget for what she needed. I could not even imagine treating my customers like this. Shame on you! read more

These guys are located in the Oracle building where my girlfriend works, so it makes it VERY convenient to not only get her flowers on a regular basis, but I save on delivery fees and they're very willing to customize any order to fit your cost needs.
