I received an alert that it had been delivered along with a photo. It was delivered to the wrong house. Or course the customer service rep offered either a refund or replacement, that would probably take a week to receive. My cats needed the food this week. I tried their auto ship service because it was a few dollars cheaper. But it's not worth the headache. I will be returning to Chewy. I have never had any issues with their auto ship service.

On 7/7/26 around 5:30pm I went to go check on him, and he looked like he was all spread out. I put on some gloves and picked him up and he wasn't moving at all. He also wasn't eating the day I got him I wasn't sure when he had eaten last so I tried to give him a baby cricket and he wouldn't take it. Yesterday I payed an overpriced amount of $100 on a Midas Blenny for my tank which is matured with 5 other fish and lots of coral. As per usual with any fish I by from Gerbers, the Midas Blenny never acted right and has since died in my tank. I have NEVER had this issue with any other fish from any other LFS. Gerbers is the only store I seem to have problems with when it comes to their fish, and after seeing some of the conditions the other fish are in in several of their tanks, it seems their fish are kept in unhealthy conditions. I would not recommend purchasing fish from Gerbers.

I boarded him over Thanksgiving weekend, and while the ladies working there were very sweet, there was a huge miscommunication on their part. I left his food with a clearly labeled 1/3 cup scoop, and he eats 1.5 cups per day, yet they assumed the 1/3 scoop was a full cup and severely underfed him. He clawed at the metal gate so much that his paws started bleeding, and no one told me until I called them myself and even then, they barely answered the phone. I had to call multiple times just to reach someone. Since they don't let owners see the boarding area, I had no idea he was in a setup that stressed him out, and I wish someone had recommended upgrading him to a suite with a glass door. When I picked him up, he was noticeably skinnier, had dried blood on his paws and even had poop on his back paws. I feel incredibly guilty, like he thought I abandoned him and let him starve, and I will not be boarding him here again.
