He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.

When I returned, only one concern was addressed and the rest were dismissed as "normal wear and tear," even though the car was fine before the accident. Four months later, after a second accident, another repair shop (Classic Collision) refused to work on my vehicle due to numerous prior repairs being done incorrectly. I was told parts appeared to be forced into place, glued instead of properly replaced, and missing bolts. This was extremely concerning, especially since my insurance had been billed for proper replacements. THAT IS INSURANCE FRAUD! I ultimately had to return to Crash Champions at a different location (Broadway), where the issues were finally corrected. On top of this, the manager Steven at the SW Military location never returned my call as promised. I do not recommend the SW Military location. Quality and communication were very poor.

During these 3wks I was continuously yelled at, hung up on and was given bullshit for everyday that they kept it. The owner is a SCUM BAG, he tried to FORCE me to pay more money for something I did not ask.him to do. He basically just kept my car until he felt like returning it. One day.it was "too cold to paint," mind you nothing needed to be painted. He told me that my car would be ready at 6pm to.be picked up, when I got there the shop was dark and locked up. Once again he mentioned that I needed to.come to the shop to see damage that was not there when he got it.. He kept telling me that I had to.come look.at some.damage that WAS NOT THERE WHEN THEY GOT THE CAR!!!! He tried to convince me that my car was "undrivable," and the "door would not close," everything was a lie. After basically begging for him to give me my car back he decided to release it once my insurance company called. He was trying to get them to open a claim for damage he caused. When I was finally able to pick.it up affter taking a $30 Uber he actually thought I was.going to bring my car back so my insurance could pay for "fixing," it. When I got my car back it looked like someone had opened a bag of flour, and shook it all.over the inside, every potion of the inside was covered in dust. There was a clip missing from under the car and there was a portion scraping on the ground. The very new mechanics, as in they had only been there a week or two asked how long it had been there and that the only had to replace a door that was done THAT DAY!!! They replaced the dented door with a door that had dark tint on it and the tint is ripped on one side. I called him about it.and he acted as if he had done me a favor by giving me a dark tinted window. **** NEVER.GO TO THIS SHOP**** The owner is a disgusting, con-artist, he is disrespectful and ignorant.
