The work has been flawless, when small issues came up with the escort radar, they were quick to troubleshoot and get it resolved. In addition to being skilled technicians, they also pay attention to little things. Case in point: when I picked up my car once after a wash, they pointed out to me a bubble/bulge in my tire, a big deal as I was leaving for a multi-day driving tour. I was able to get it addressed before potentially suffering a tire blow out on a rural road. They are also, to a person, enjoyable and friendly people. I had to be late for work for two hours because their website states they open at 730 but that was incorrect. They fixed the tire. Ever since then I've had to nurse my tire and stop at any place that could put air in it. I finally got off work early today and so my tire read 29psi. Victor wasn't there so I dealt with the new guy. I wasn't impressed with his customer service but I just wanted it fixed. Then when they gave me my car back they told me the kid didn't put it in the plug correctly. So they apparently fixed it. Then my tire was loosing air and automotive outfitters guy said six minutes and it will reset. Nope now I'm at Les Schwab because automotive outfitters is not willing to fix it properly. I bought a warranty with my tires but I'm now having to pay for Les Schwabs to fix it correctly. I called this guy who treated me with disrespect on the phone. I said well the owner reached out to me which he did "Harrry S" on my five star yelp review. He told me the owner sold this business years ago retired and nope he did not. I need my car for work. He also told me on the phone maybe your part is bad. I told him my car is new and I have an app that keeps records of everything that goes on with my car. So I guess I have to go to small claims court since I paid for a warranty have only had my tires for 60 days and I'm having to pay to have it fixed properly. I'm so disappointed and I'm sitting at Les Schwabs for two hours now just to have it fixed right. I just left Les Schwabs and they wrote everything down what they found that automotive outfitters did wrong on my tire. Sad. A woman makes a purchase like this gets spoken to like that and to find out you trusted the wrong people.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment and had it all fixed up within a couple of hours. Extremely fast, friendly, and well-priced service! After it was ready to go they were nice enough to show off some of the custom work that they had going on in the shop. It was exciting to see how some cars come in completely falling apart and rusted, get cleaned up, and then put back together with a custom paint job. I would note that when I was following the Google Maps directions they announce that you have arrived when you are directly in front of the shop. The only problem is that the entrance to the parking lot is a half block behind that point. I want to say that I turned in at a sign that says Acme on the corner of the parking lot. I took some photos to show off the gorgeous paint jobs and custom metal work that I will upload in a minute. Be sure to go there for your collision repair or custom car work!

Went to this company to have work done on my car. The did the custom work in the engine compartment…read moreand modified the suspension. They were told that because the car was unique it would have to be transported to and from their shop to get the custom parts fitted correctly. The problem came when the car was to be transported. They did not put a full set of lug nuts on the car nor did they tighten them. Even after several offers by me to search out more parts. They relocated the car but never told me that they only put 2 of the 5 lug nuts on each wheel. When the car was ready to be brought into town for parts fitting that's when the problem started. The wheel nearly came off and the truck towing it had a serious accident, I don't recommend this company because they refused to stand behind their work or make it right. I strongly recommend that anyone that has their car at this shop to double check their work before their vehicle leaves the shop. Plus overlooking items and denying the results are part of the equation.
