It took an hour and a half but I replaced the cabin air filter myself and it was choked with a 1 inch layer of dust. Plus will inspect for other potential issues. Make recommendations based on what he sees and puts them in order of importance to help you avoid a big hit later down the road.

He quoted me a price and I said OK , replace that also. The next day they called and said my car. I went to pick it up and because the engine was warm, I didn't hear the noise. The next day I called to ask the manager if my discount had been applied to the total of $667. He said no it wasn't and for me to come back and he would refund my money. Two days later, I started my car and the noise was still there. I went to get my refund and told the manager that I still had the noise. He was working on the refund and handed me the customer copy of the refund ticket and didn't really hear me when I said that "I still have the noise. " All he said was have a great day. Didn't at all listen to me and didn't ask how my car was running. He didn't even look up. But he did make money off of me. I guess that's what he was in business for.
