My daughter had been looking at many gowns in other shops and sent me pictures of herself in samples. Although they were priced super expensive, the quality of the fabric was terrible. I could see that the fabric weight and color on any of them were not the best choice at all. Who were they kidding? Because Judy has about 600-700 gowns available, both my daughter and I thought this shop would be a great baseline to compare with others,. We called and made an appt and arrived on the 21st. Apparently I got the month wrong because it was April 21st and I thought it was March 21st. NTL, Judy accommodated us later that day and my daughter was lucky enough to find the style she was looking for on the same day. Unlike the other samples in previous shops. the gown from Judy's shop was beautifully made and fit so well. The fabric weight and sheen were exactly what an experienced designer would want to show off their design. There was just no comparison to the others. Judy's service was excellent; She's very nice and an honest business woman with a lot of knowledge about this specialty. Let her help you with the process and be honest about where you are, what you know and don't know about shopping for gowns, what your expectations are as well as your budget so she can guide you with your specific needs. Her designer selections cover just about every style. And there is value to be found in a well made gown that is not overpriced. When you don't overpay, you do get more quality for your money and that is where the lesson of value is enhanced in luxury. I didn't realize the experience I was going to be given. This was by far the best encounter I have ever had. He truly knows his perfumes and not just Jo Malone. He made recommendation on other brands. Based them off of my wedding vibe, location and colors. This felt like a wine tasting experience. He would teach me about the different notes in each bottle and even what to wear the scents with. To say I was impressed by his knowledge and customer service is an understatement. I'm not easily impressed with service. I was in the service industry for a long time but this was top notch above and beyond. I'm such an indecisive person and he never made me feel like I was bothering him or he was just done helping me. He kept just asking questions and bringing me options based on my specific answers. Even as people were coming up while he was helping me, he still greeted everyone kindly and helped everyone. He lifted the ropes to let us in, as if we were entering an exclusive night club. Once inside the store, the first thing I saw was a giant Santa statue and a great Christmas decoration display. Then, I saw rows and rows filled with clothes and various products. This felt like the perfect place to go to find a gift for someone. I'm not sure this is where I'd shop for myself necessarily. It's a bargain type store and if you hunt well enough, you're bound to find something. My negatives were that I never could find an employee in the store (other than the security guard or at cash register area). The music was a bit loud for me and would be interrupted by commercials. Overall, if you are in need of nearly anything, Burlington probably has it. They have clothes for all ages, accessories, toiletries and much much more!

Nazzi was able to remove a significant amount of train to the perfect length (shorter without being too short, because of my venue and stairs), add a slit to the chest, trim the sleeves to be more flattering, and added additional lace to the sleeves/chest for more detailing. She also altered the dress to be significantly smaller and was willing to wait a bit as I was losing weight for my wedding. +CUSTOM BOW OF MY DREAMS. I really wanted a bow with multicolored flowers that matched my dress. Nazzi helped me find materials for it and made it come true, mocking up each appliqué with me. It is beautiful and I will treasure it forever. +FAIR AND DIRECT. Nazzi's pricing was fair, and she was honest about what is needed and cost negotiations.
