This place saved my life! Well saved the day for my friend's wedding! I ordered a bridesmaid's dress months ago and didn't realize the sizing was wrong so let's just say the dress was WAY TOO SMALL. I have this beautiful Burberry reversible cashmere coat. One of the pocket's stitching was coming undone, and I needed someone with great technique to restore this beauty back to life. When I got it back, it looks like the stitching was completed by the artisans at the Burberry factory. Expectations were absolutely surpassed and they completed the service flawlessly. Gave this business 2 weeks to alter a dress and suit. Arrived on the pick up date and time agreed on and it was not ready and they gave me a hard time about not having my receipt when the person who did measurements did not mention we had to have it at pick up. They later found their copy of my receipt and stated that they did not start working on it because their niece left it on the side. I gave them until the next day to work on it and when I arrived at 4p, only the dress was completed. They told me to come back in an hour for the suit and I could visually see they weren't currently working on the suit. Due to the rushed work, when analyzing the dress, there is black thread showing on the front side of the pink dress. If using this business, make sure to have your receipt for pick up, call ahead of time to make sure it's done, and visually inspect their work before leaving the store. read more

I took a dress into Linh's over summer to be taken in a bit as it was slightly big. I also had them sew in cups so I wouldn't have to wear a bra since it's an off-the-shoulder dress. My husband also had dress pants that needed to be taken in quite a bit as well as hemmed. They did fantastic work, quickly. I believe all of these alterations cost us $60; very fair. It was also ready within 7 days. They could have completed it faster, but we weren't in a huge rush so we told them to take their time. I will definitely be back for future alterations. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! Firsly, finding a good seamstress/ tailor in Vegas is extremely difficult and I never needed one until I started planning my wedding. I took my dress to the seamstress the shop I bought it from recommended and I was disappointed to say the least. Messy work without achieving the requested results. Then I found Lily at Linh's and she fixed everything! I brought my gown and my bridal jumpsuit here both for alterations and she fixed them up in a jiff. The owner is a super sweet gentleman and he tries to help in any way he can. Pricing is fair, and they always had my garments ready by the date they told me. I dropped off my bridal gown, jumpsuit, and my husband's suit today for dry cleaning. The owner called me a few minutes after I left to tell me we left money in one of the jacket pockets! I took three pair of jeans in for simple hems, I received two back. I had to go back in to find the third pair, the one with the tags still on it. It hadn't been altered at all. When I got home, I realized only one pair was actually altered. The pair that I paid extra, $20, for an original hem hadn't been touched. With the $7 tip I paid at pick up, I was ripped off $27 and nearly lost a new pair of jeans. I am going to another tailor this week to get the actual work done. Was recommended by my then-boyfriend (now husband) to get my wedding dress altered here last month. They did a great job altering his suit last year. They were very accommodating and super nice. First, I brought in the wedding dress and a rhinestone wedding belt (which I got from Amazon) to be altered. I brought in a specific ribbon color to replace the green ribbon on the belt. Then, as soon as I got home, the tutu I ordered (which is supposed to be worn under the dress ) was delivered. So I immediately drove back to try it with the dress and asked to get that altered too! The final look of the dress was more fitted with padding added at the last minute to give the dress more shape. The rhinestone belt was sewn on and it had the turquoise ribbon at the right length to be tied in the back. And the tutu was shortened to be the same length as the dress. Yesterday, we had a small intimate wedding in our backyard. I got so many compliments for the dress! Linh's Alterations did an amazing job! I highly recommend them! I've been taking some of my clothes to Linhs for the past few months. They were very good at stitching small holes or repairs, and was pretty good with Dry Cleaning until this last incident last week. I took my wife's silk top shirt to them for Drycleaning, and it came back with a huge stain. It looks like the color bled from the fabric into the white patch part of the shirt. All the owner could say was he was sorry, and didn't charge me for the $10 fee. I was quite disappointed since it was a very expensive $300 silk shirt. It's now ruined and Linhs won't do anything about it. I hate to leave reviews like this, but not happy with the service this time. Word of caution if you plan to have expensive clothes cleaned through them. I'll have to look for someone else in the future that won't ruin your clothes and not take accountability. read more
